Reviews: Never ever use Landsafe Title Company or the title officer Lee Fortier..her unit never bothered to check if the signature lines on Deeds of Trust and Grant Deeds were forged. They never cleared the chain of Title on the property that was being purchased...Now we have to seek legal advise to see what can be done about this since the property has now been purchased and escrow is closed. The purpose of Title insurance is to check for forged names and to clear title on homes to the new buyers. They did not do their job!

Reviews: I had the pleasure of dealing with this company to resolve an issue of debt. The debt was for a medical bill that should have been covered by our medical insurance. I called the company to resolve the debt and find out who I need to contact to show proof of the insurance that we had at that time. The lady that answered the phone was absoloutely unbearale to deal with. I explained that my husband was incoherent at the time of surgery and is now permenatlely disabled the lady responded has he been incoherent for the life of this debt. I began to explain that the house was burnt down and we never received any information about this bill until we ran credit reports to buy our new home. She said that doesn't matter you just need to pay the bill. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she refused several times arguing with me on the phone. I hung up and called back she answered the phone I again argued with her asking her to let me speak to her supervisor. The supervisor of this company was equally rude and unhelpful. I can understand if I was avoiding paying this debt but I am a Manager at a large company and I am trying to resolve the situation. This company could not offer me a corporate number or another contact higher then the two people on staff at the time I called. This company has no respect for the individual and are not willing to help a client to resolve a situation. I felt like I was talking to Cuba Gooding Jr. in Jerry Maguire except their was more foul language and degrading words insulting disabled vetrans while demanding SHOW ME THE MONEY. I do not think that anyone in their right mind will do business with this company to resolve any debt situation. If I was a company looking to collect money on a patients debt I would definately not consider this company for the fact that they do not treat the consumer with respect when they are attempting to pay back the debt. This company assumes that they can talk to people fouly and with no respect not realizing whom they are talking to on the other end of the line. I called them they were not hunting my husband down for a debt he was unwilling to pay. I work for one of the largest retailers in the world as a manager with the company. I know that my company would never work with a company like this one.
