Reviews: To Whom This May Concern: My car was recklessly damaged by A-L Financial repo company who had my car for 10 days beginning Feb 06-16. During that time frame no one from the A-L Financial contacted me to let know since I am the borrower that damages where done. Well I redeemed my car Feb 19 with side body damage to passenager side for the amt of $2500.00 and with less than 14 days my engined seized due to improper tow for the amt $2500.00. That same day I called A-L Financial to let them know that there repo company caused damages to my car that I now have to pay for still. Well nearly a 100 days plus and payments made A-L Financial and the repo still didnt have my car fixed. Futhermore I spoke with A-L Financials VP(dumb hispanics) who stated that they didnt care all they wanted was a payment for MAY. Well shortfully after my investigation into A-L Financial repo company and calling 6 to 7 times a day. A-L Financial repo my car again for the second due my account be less than 12 days past due. Now comes the fun part as being a citizen I have the right to due process. For anyone who really wants to put this company out of bussiness a class action suit put together from as many AZ people who have had or still have account is needed. Reviews: I was the landlord in this situation...extremely painful experience. They are total crooks the worst property management company I have ever worked with. They are very rude very frustrating never return calls when you have questions extremely lazy and incompetent and dont care about your property at all. They would bill me for phony charges with vague descriptions on the expense reports. The tenants were fed up with them too because they never returned their calls either and so the tenants were calling me directly with their issues even though ARPM was getting paid to manage the property. ARPM would never get estimates from vendors for repairs they would hire a vendor to do repairs that they already had existing relationships who know maybe they got kickbacks from those vendors. When I finally terminated my agreement with them they did not return my funds they were holding in the owners draw. They are worst management company I have worked with. Never ever hire them!

Reviews: When searching for a property management company in the Sacramento area Leisa was our first contact. After talking with her on the phone we knew we didnt need to keep searching. Leisa was the one we wanted to work with. Our first meeting at the house went extremely well. Leisa provided us with suggestions on what changes needed to be made in order for the house to be ready to lease out. She also provided assistance with getting the right folks to do the work that was needed. She was very friendly upbeat and encouraging which made the first time for renting out my house more manageable than I expected. Once the house was ready she had it released out in only 2 days. And that short of a turnaround was nothing like what I anticipated but Leisa did a great job for us. Shes the best and I look forward to a long working relationship with her. -Jill
