Reviews: The office manager is rude and unprofessional. I am currently disputing a false charged for $25 filed with malice against my credit report because I chose to leave their practice. She has written lies to the NC Comsumer Protection Agency. I also had to get a root canel on a filling done by this office that was supposed to be superficial. The dentist did it without an xray since I was pregnant and I think he drilled too deep and killed the tooth. Do not go here especially if you are military.

Reviews: I decided to use Town & Country Real Estate & Appraisals as a property manager for my home in Hoke County. BIG MISTAKE! Rebecca Goins the property manager has done little to earn her monthly fee. The problem started with her putting tenants in the property who had problems making their rent payments. I guess they don???t actually look at the credit report they supposedly run on tenants. Then there was the dog issue my house was supposed to not have pets. I found there was a dog in the house and Rebecca told me it had been taken care of but it wasn???t. My neighbor told me the dog barked constantly and even attacked him. After I complained again to Rebecca she told me it was supposed to have been taken care of. How hard is that to check on? They eventually had the tenants get rid of the dog. I drove by the property several times and the yard had grass over a foot tall. Apparently they never actually check on the property. I went to check on my home two weeks after the tenant had moved out and was shocked to see how it was left. There was a truckload of furniture/trash in front of the house that needed to be hauled away the grass was again over a foot tall and the shrubbery looked as if it had never been trimmed. There was a mattress under the back deck! Inside I found the stove top broken stains on the carpet holes punched in the doors shades and blinds broken and missing A/C filters caked solid with dirt and ceiling fans with so much dust on them it looked like fur. I took pictures to document all the filth and damage to my home. I contacted Rebecca and asked how the tenants left the place. Her documented response was ???they left it really clean???! I decided then that her services as property manager were no longer needed. Rebecca had given back the tenants most of their deposit as she never identified any of the damage done to the property. I am out about $1400 and am taking Town & Country Real Estate to small claims court. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you???re looking for a property manager.

Reviews: BEWARE DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.....I rented from them and they seemed okbut after I moved in the problems started.They are very rude and they do not support the military.They shut down for lunch instaed of shift workand then close before 4.So It is somewhat trouble to get a receipt after you drop of you rent.Thats if you catch them.I moved out of the property and thought everything was fine with them.I ran my credit reportand saw they mixed me up with another tendant and posted I was evicted on my credit report.They did what they could to fix it but now my credit pays the price for a typo on their end.All Im saying is BEWARE! I also seen other reviews how bad they were but I really liked the house...trust me ..look else where.
