Did you call the district office immediately upon learning of this theft so that the office could notify employees right away? Since this was your error, why doesn't SEI take care of the charges that I will incur to monitor my credit report for one year so that my credit is not compromised because of your mistake? I hope that you take identity theft a little more serious than you bland letter suggests.

Reviews: When your contract expires they automatically sign you up for another year if you don't send them a letter one month in advance. Even then after you pay the Cancellation fee they still send you to collection. This is a very bad company to deal with, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. If you need an alarm get a Reputable Company to do business with. 6 years later and I am still dealing with that nightmare. They already put a mark on my Credit report even though I have a letter from alarm one stating that the Account is paid in Full. Please Who Ever reads this, Pass it along and tell people not to do business with Alarm one. God is my witness I???ve had horrible experiences from them. In fact if you go online and type their name or even go to the Better Business Bureau, you will see that there is Tens of thousands of complaints about them. Unfortunately all we can do is pass the word along for people NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ALARM ONE.
