Reviews: We have a web based business AFitnessAddiction.com. We are online personal trainers who develop downloaded daily exercise programs for personal use. We show you how to find your one rep max and then we use it to send you your workout via the internet or your.mobi connection. We are not affiliated with Fitness Addiction as you can see from our site name. However since we work with individuals in gyms from coast to coast (look at our testimonials) we will offer some advice. All gyms use billing companies. The Golds Gyms in Utah for exaample own their own non-affiliated billing company. that is to say it is a different company owned essentially by the same folks. So people routinely must notify the gym and the billing company of changes. We have heard of people actually having to go to the COUNTY ATTORNEY or the State Attorney Generals Office with their complaints. One woman was not given her money back by a gym - not this Fitness Addiction Gym but a Golds Gym franchise operator after her husband died - in direct violation of her contract. Another woman moved over 150 miles from the gym and the gym informed her that even though she had physically moved - until her house sold - even though she was living in a different state they would not honor her request and refund her prepaid membership. the gym wanted to book months UNTIL HER HOUSE SOLD. Once you move or quit you are no longer a client to be properly serviced. We believe once you are no longer a client you will see managements true face. At AFA we bill for one month at a time. we have no contract and people can quit anytime they do not want to workout. We are in effect personal trainers who designed our business on exactly the opposite model for this industry. Our advice: Threaten with County and States Attorneys. Cancel payment AT YOUR BANK and threaten legal action if damage is done to your credit report. No one likes their former gym - get nasty if you think you are being robbed.

Reviews: BEWARE!!! DON???T BE A VICTIM OF THIS CAR SCAM!!! I accompanied a friend of mine to buy a car from these people. I could not believe my eyes and ears. As soon as we walked onto the lot to look at cars they swooped down upon us and whisked us to their finance office. They got my friends social security number wrote it down on a napkin and then proceeded to run her credit without written authorization. Moments later when they came back out the salesman said ???Based on your credit you qualify for one of these 3 cars.??? I don???t understand how ones credit has anything to do with the make and model of a car; I thought it only determined the amount one can finance. When my friend objected to the choices cars the salesman said in a room full of people ???With your shitty credit that???s all you???re going to get.??? At this point I was not about to stand by while my friend was publicly disrespected so I asked him ???How can you speak to people that way???? His reply was ???Who the hell are you???? I told him that I was a friend and that I was not going to allow my friend to be treated in such a manner. He said ???You are welcome to stay if you keep your mouth shut otherwise take a hike.??? As we got up to walk out the manager ran up to us and tried to get my friend to sign a form authorizing them to run a credit report. When we refused they all of a sudden became very nice and said ???I will get in trouble if you don???t sign.??? When she refused to sign both the salesman and the manager stood between us and the door and wouldn???t allow us to leave without signing. Against my advice my friend signed it and we left. I called corporate to complain about my experience and spoke with Gail Dow from the legal department. She asked me if I bought a car. When I said no she said ???We have nothing to talk about.??? and then hung up on me. Cars Yes Ugly Duckling Drive Time are all the sale people. They have to change their name often because of their bad rep. You can change the name from Cars Yes to Drive time but they are still the same predators. You can put a tuxedo on a pig and its still a pig.

WHEN they do try try to place you they send you out on interviews for crappy low-paying jobs for which most people are OVERQULAIFIED. Stay away unless you like waisting your time!

They will get you a job but after you get in the job they will never call you to see if you are ok or if you need anything. They just care about the money. Go to any other appleone in Orange country. Reviews: I just called and they told me they only deal with office type work and that you must already have experience and preferably a degree. Now even though I use to get paid $30hr and have much computer experience and can type 70+ wpm along with writing reports and keeping warranty accoounts updated I supposedly could not qualify for a $9hr entry level data entry position...LOL. Im sorry but that tells me they expect someone with a degree or even with years experience to accept minimum wage!! that tells you right there what rip off artists they are and only care about putting money in their pockets instead of really trying to place you with a quality job. Not only that they didnt even reffer me to an agency that deals with my type of experience. Apple one is HORRIBLE!!

Reviews: Scott is a great guy to do the work for you. Got his name off the 3M certified installer list. Came out to my work place and had it installed on my 2005 Nissan Frontier in a couple of hours. He even did a custom rear fender cut out to replace the cheesy factory installation of a tiny 4x4 inch square that served no purpose.
