Reviews: BEWARE!!! DON???T BE A VICTIM OF THIS CAR SCAM!!! I accompanied a friend of mine to buy a car from these people. I could not believe my eyes and ears. As soon as we walked onto the lot to look at cars they swooped down upon us and whisked us to their finance office. They got my friends social security number wrote it down on a napkin and then proceeded to run her credit without written authorization. Moments later when they came back out the salesman said ???Based on your credit you qualify for one of these 3 cars.??? I don???t understand how ones credit has anything to do with the make and model of a car; I thought it only determined the amount one can finance. When my friend objected to the choices cars the salesman said in a room full of people ???With your shitty credit that???s all you???re going to get.??? At this point I was not about to stand by while my friend was publicly disrespected so I asked him ???How can you speak to people that way???? His reply was ???Who the hell are you???? I told him that I was a friend and that I was not going to allow my friend to be treated in such a manner. He said ???You are welcome to stay if you keep your mouth shut otherwise take a hike.??? As we got up to walk out the manager ran up to us and tried to get my friend to sign a form authorizing them to run a credit report. When we refused they all of a sudden became very nice and said ???I will get in trouble if you don???t sign.??? When she refused to sign both the salesman and the manager stood between us and the door and wouldn???t allow us to leave without signing. Against my advice my friend signed it and we left. I called corporate to complain about my experience and spoke with Gail Dow from the legal department. She asked me if I bought a car. When I said no she said ???We have nothing to talk about.??? and then hung up on me. Cars Yes Ugly Duckling Drive Time are all the same people. They have to change their name often because of their bad rep. You can change the name from Cars Yes to Drive time but they are still the same predators. You can put a tuxedo on a pig and its still a pig.

Reviews: When your contract expires they automatically sign you up for another year if you dont send them a letter one month in advance. Even then after you pay the Cancellation fee they still send you to collection. This is a very bad company to deal with STAY AWAY FROM THEM. If you need an alarm get a Reputable Company to do business with. 6 years later and I am still dealing with that nightmare. They already put a mark on my Credit report even though I have a letter from alarm one stating that the Account is paid in Full. Please Who Ever reads this Pass it along and tell people not to do business with Alarm one. God is my witness I???ve had horrible experiences from them. In fact if you go online and type their name or even go to the Better Business Bureau you will see that there is Tens of thousands of complaints about them. Unfortunately all we can do is pass the word along for people NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ALARM ONE.

Reviews: We concur with Johns review. Simplified is the best property management company we have used for our properties. Before them we have used 3 other property management companies and their services are no way near Simplified. They eliminate our headache in dealing with tenants for such a very reasonable cost. Reviews: This Past weekend I went in with my husband to buy a refrigerator and we had the worst experience ever. our vendor was nice there is no complain about that. they check my credit report witch i know is not great that is was they told to put my husband in the paper work.They told us that was going to help us to get it. We were suppose to pick up the refrigerator on monday instead of delivering to us on thursday. my husband gets there and he could not get it. he drove about 30 millies to get there for nothing even having our credit check on sunday and making us sign papers. This is the worse experience ever at deardens i Don t think I am going to be back ever.

Reviews: BUYERS BEWARE!!!! This is by far the worst dealership Ive ever encountered. These people are thieves!!!! I purchased a used SUV from them and after I left they called me and asked for more money. I refused and told them to just void the deal. after 2 weeks of back and forth BS they told me to come in and resign the paperwork because they had to resubmit it to the bank. I should have known better than to just sign but thats what I did because I trusted the finance manager who was my friends husband (ex now) The deal was a complete joke. After my registration never came I made several phone calls and low and behold my file was mysteriously lost. It took a year to resolve the registration issue and during the entire time they were nothing but RUDE including the owner. Going to this place is the only regret in my life!!!!
