Reviews: All I have to say is Joe is a Jerk. I am not allowed to use profanity so I cant call him the multitude of things that I want to. I am a professional engineer and my husband a pharmacist and his office has been calling my house harrassing us about someone else who shares my husbands name but has a different birthday. I just spoke with him AGAIN and told him to stop harrassing us (nicely) and he spoke to me in a crappy way considering it was HIS mistake calling us 3 times! Stay away. He is an ambulance chaser.

Reviews: Received our Security Deposit from T&L Property minus $340. They charged us for carpet cleaning after they specifically told us not to worry about it because the owner was going to replace the carpets. They also charged us for replacing light bulbs the filters(please note that when we moved in we had to replace light bulbs and install filters that were missing) and fixing a closet door that was fine when we moved out. After questioning them about the carpet they stated that the owner changed their mind and we were still responsible for cleaning the carpets since it stated it in the lease. I tried to explain that we were going to have it cleaned however they specifically told us not worry about the carpet cleaning that the door was fine when we moved out and that we had to replace light bulbs and filters when we moved in (a discussion my husband had with her on the phone shortly after our move in). They still refused to refund the rest of the money stating that the the lease stated the carpet cleaning was our responsiblity that when she did the walk thru the door was off the track and she didnt see the light bulbs and filter on the checklist. I explained that it was a discussion we had with her after the checklist was submitted. Getting items fixed around the house during our stay was also difficult. When they did send people to fix the items the vendors they sent complained that the contact at T&L was hard to deal with the name they used is inapropriate for this post. If you rent from T&L write everything down take pictures and insist on a walk through with them before and after especially after so you dont get stuck with a bill for something that was fine when you moved out. Also get everything in writing.

Reviews: Ive been out job hunting for months now and finally decided to got to Apple One I should have stayed home. Dont waste your time going to this place the agents are rude in their own little worlds and in the hour I was there they didnt take one phone call other than personal. All I can say is go to a credible firm and dont give out any personal information until you are comfortable too.
