Reviews: I personally want to pay this company off as soon as possible I dont care for the person who took my application I didnt like the location of where I gave out my personal information it was right out in the open if there was a customer at the next booth they could hear all your answers they ask way to many personal questions how much is your light bill how much do you pay for gas how much gas do you spend a week to get to work how much do you spend on groceries how much on personal items!!!! they act like your asking for a million dollars They pull up everything about you what you owe what you owed in the pasted is it paid etc... Id hate to see what you have to go through if you wanted a thousand or more. I also didnt realize that their interest rate is really high. I called there to let them know I was not able to make a payment today but would make one on the 28th at noon and that the reason was personal. She still wanted to know why? Said they had to have a good reason to make the extention for late payments!!! Said she has to know the reason so they dont think its because I just dont want to pay and that it wont look good on any future loan request. (I was going to tell her I was out of town for a relatives funeral) but then because she said she HAD to know even if it was personal I didnt want to tell her. Most companys know what PERSONAL means. That person is just so unprofessional I dont know how she can be working with the public like that. Then she said I had to call every day and I said an say what? She said that you will be late on your payment...now isnt that something I am not a child!!!! Someone needs to get her out of the Green Bay Office before there is a lawsuit filed against her or the company.
