Reviews: We called them on Monday and they said they would be here Tuesday afternoon. By 5pm we called them and they said oh we cant make it. We told them we had no oil (temp around 29 at night) and said okay we will come out either tonight or first thing in the morning on Wednesday. Wednesday 12noon time came and still no oil. We called them and ended up canceling. We had payment ready and they never showed up. So I went with Bain Heating & Oil and that was the best decision we could have made. Bain came out in two hours after we called them - they never gave us the run around. Never use Wades Heating - Always use Bains Heating.

Reviews: terrible work and cloth ruined. I then called the cleaners and talked to their manager. The manager was absolutely rude to me and absolutely refused to take the issue. He then threatened me that he would report me to the Credit report agency if i dont shut up. I was really mortified with that statement. terrible service and terrible customer support.
