Reviews: We were not pleased with the service at this establishment. Very nice people. However, the handling of our property and billing was not at the level expected. Our keys were given to potential renters for them to drive 20+ miles away from the office to see the house by themselves. Their cleaning staff left our key at the front door on the ground. left the back door unlocked and garage door wide open. Lights were left on. They ended up billing us for advertisement (newsprint) for a 3-month period that we knew nothing about. one of the first things they advised was that newsprint was available but not recommended nor was it their practice because everyone is using internet now. We agreed. 3 months later we get a bill for over $1300. Can you imagine.

Reviews: worst bank to deal with...forget the fact that the interest rate is crap,even when you pay everything on time,you'll get a ton of phone calls and attitude from the bank.i'm refinancing,and making sure the account is shut down.whoever is refinancing there mercedes through them is obviously an idiot...go ahead and pay the interest on that.
