Reviews: - Bought my car (2006 Accord) and 7-year EasyCare warranty in August of 2006. - Last month (April) I call EasyCare about some questions I had on the warranty and come to find out Im not in the EasyCare system AKA not covered. I call the finance dpt about it and go back and forth with them for a while (about a month). My problem is I had to keep calling the finance dpt to find out what was going on because he would never follow up with me. - Friday May 7th (warranty issue still trying to be resolved) I find that my car has an oil leak and was not able to find it so I bring it in for service to Pflueger Honda on Monday May 10th. They diagnosed it as a broken valve cover gasket and said they wouldnt know if it was covered until my warranty issue was resolved. He said the part would take 3-5 days to come in and could only order it if he knew someone would pay for it (apparently they dont carry valve cover gaskets or know what the warranty they sold to me covers?!). My advisor said hed call the finance dpt to find out whats going on. I did not get a callback. I called him on Tuesday and he said finance never got back to him. I told him to order the parts anyhow and said that Id pay the price in the case of it not being covered. - It was Friday still no car and still no calls from finance so I called and asked to speak with a finance manager. Left a voice message and he got back to me later: I told him what was going on and he said hed look into it. He got back to me and said that the warranty needed to be amended but would cover the repairs. He also noted that my car would be done either today (Friday) or Saturday. - Its Saturday no calls about my car. I call the service department and they tell me my car has not had any work done on it and I would have to wait. - Tuesday rolls around no call. I call and ask for the advisor I was working with hes off today so the rep has to give me a call back. I did not get a call back. - I call my advisor on Wednesday and he tells me the parts came in Tuesday and they are working on my car today. It took 7 business days (was it shipped on boat?!) for the part to come in. I went without a car for 10 days. I told my advisor that a finance manager said my car would be done last Friday or Saturday. He simply replied he cannot vouch for the other departments only the service department. At around 2:40pm I finally got some good news that my car had the leak fixed and it was covered by the warranty. Disgusting service: 1. My car was in the shop for 10 days for an oil leak / It does not feel like anyone at Pflueger did anything to try and expedite any process. 2. A paperwork messup (on their part) with my EasyCare warranty (as in I was not covered since I bought my car) took over a month to resolve. 3. Reps never call me to follow up I always have to call them. They are never at their phones I always end up leaving voice messages. Im a reasonable person and this is the worst service I have ever gotten will take my business elsewhere in the future. Feels like since they already sold me a car and warranty they no longer care.

Reviews: WOW! Ive heard some bad things about these guys but after checking here Im convinced I shouldnt rent from them. Its a shame because they have so many properties to choose from. But ill steer clear of the problems. Thanks to everyone. Theres just no way that this may people would be wrong.

Reviews: Not if youre African American. Rainbow does not have much of a selection for our hair. It has a bunch of Motions products and thats about it. Rainbow does not carry shea butter at all. What kind of beauty supply store doesnt carry shea butter. The lady at the counter did help me out though. Shes very knowledgeable about whats in the store. She knew right off the bat that they didnt carry it. She was honest about it. None of that oh let me look around for 30 minutes until you leave stuff. Obviously she knows about shea butter but they just dont have it. The store is also kind of difficult to get to if youre not kamaaina. And even when you find the place it looks like a warehouse from the outside. Its a whole in the wall.
