Reviews: Do Not Go Here. They are rude and dont care about their clients. Barry Phillips when he was alive was a great attorney. His replacement Micco is bad. Pay them money and you get nothing. They wanted us to pay $78000 back on $48000 of Chapter 13 debt. Go ahead and ask them to do things after youve paid more of a deposit than they were asking. They answer NO. They wont contact youre creditors. They wont run a credit report. They wont help you in any way. They will take your money. They will leave you uninformed and in the dark. They will play ignorant example I need a release Never heard of that What about collection agencies that sue and dont notify you by faking paperwork Never heard of that. Regret is the only thing you will get for your money. They also lie. The attorney will tell you anything you want to hear then the legal assistants tell the exact opposite. Run away from this firm!

Reviews: Do not use Linda Reynolds if you are going to use this realty company. She gave us bad advice did not even show up on the day of our signing was hard to get a hold of and seemed like she could never answer our questions. We received better advice from a co-worker of hers that had far less experience that what she did. First she gave us a faulty quote when we enquired about selling our home. When the appraisers appraised the home it came back $22000 less than what she told us it would be. Then she said we could not get the house re-appraised at all. She told us we had to pay all the closing costs even though the house was selling for $22000 less than what the buyers were expecting. To top this whole experience off she told us not to make our last mortgage payment because the deal would be complete and you can save money that way. That has been the only flaw on our credit and our credit report shows one delinquet 30 day payment because of her bad advice to us. My rank at the time of the sell was a SGT and the buyer was a 1LT you tell me who should have paid the closing costs? I told her I did not want to have to pay anything at the time of closing and when it was time to close we were supposed to pay $750. She decided to take a vacation one day before we were to close on the property and sent an agent that knew nothing about us or our deal. So when we were supposed to pay $750 the fill in agent said he did not know what to do and called Linda from the Bahamas and she forgot to put some paperwork in. We had to do a VA Compromise covering basically the closing costs for the sell when if properly educated we could have negotiated that with the buyers. I ask that if you are going to use Century 21 Diamond please use another agent who knows what she is doing and actually has enough time to return your calls in a sufficient amount of time.

Reviews: I bought a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan and I must say that my experience was amazing. I spotted the vehicle I liked and 2 days later it was mine without any hassles or sales pitch. They had the vehicle I was looking for I offered a price and they met me in the middle. The sales manager Kenny and sales associate Big Will were very understanding and allowed me to do all the talking. My advice would be do your homework and know what you need.
