Reviews: A home warranty from Blue Ribbon accompanied the purchase of my lovely home last year. My heater was recently deemed too dangerous to operate by the company I hired to clean it. Regardless of the fact that both our home inspector and HVAC deemed the heater functional at time of home purchase and before the warranty was purchased Blue Ribbon Home Warranty is refusing to pay for this claim with no justification simply refusing thus living two parents and a *toddler* in the cold.

Reviews: I have a small anxiety attack every time I walk in. You just know that they are going to try and sell you a $90 lotion every single time. But $90 is the deal of a lifetime! Thats half off! The lotion is a miracle! No excuse will work to back them off. Eventually you get an eye roll and you cant miss the blatant hatred on their faces. Sorry I am cheap to you but I cant see how triple figure lotions are a good investment in these times. Also you have waited in line with said anxiety as the store person gives the same long and irritating sales pitch to every single person in line in front of you. Please the line is going out the door now. The @ the Beach on 6th & Broadway is the absolute worst. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
