Reviews: Dodge just closed before the end of 2009 without giving notice to loyal dodge owners. My family has been buying from Paul Young since the dealership was downtown. I will never buy from Paul Young again! Best deals are still in SAT.

Reviews: WORST! bank Ive ever had. Customer service is very bad. Any problems you might have with the account there unhelpful and sometimes rude. Both national and local. If the manager is in vacation or simply just out of town your screwed they dont leave anyone in charge to make decisions so they leave you in a bind. For days! Theres been ocations where theres no manager or supervisor on duty can you believe that in a bank! If theres no one managing the employees I could just imagine how bad this bank is with securing peoples money. What recently just happened is that this guys decided to charge me a monthly fee which I had never paid before without giving me any notice at least through the mail. I get hundreds of SPAM letters from Wellsfargo bank wanting me to sign up for auto insurance free credit reports etc. But they cant send one letter letting me know of this fee. Since I only use this stupid account for one thing only and thats paying my mortgage I make one deposit and one transaction just so I wouldnt close the account with them. I was overdrawn and charged another fee due to the monthly charge. I called in to at least get the over draft fee waived again manager was out of town no one in charge had to wait a week for him to come back. Called the 1-800 # NOT helpful there stuborn telling you and making it sound like you should no better when they give the stupid pamphlets or paper work when you first open the account. Come on like someone is going to remember something of over 3 years ago. Oh wait but they dont want you to forget to signup for there insurance or other things they offer you just to rip you off. Finally after waiting a week to talk to the manager who is charge of credit decisions he doesnt answere his phone and NEVER returns the calls. Im sick to my stomach with this bank and there employees Im just paying the stupid balance and closing the account forever. Oh they ripped me off with about close to $400.00 total within a time span of less than a year.
