Reviews: DONT GET A CAR FROM HERE!!!!I purchased a 2003 saturn in sept of 2007 and the car has been in and out of the shop for many different things some covered under warrenty some of them not. They sent the car to villege electric in mesa, DONT GO THERE !!! THEY HAD MY CAR AND STOLE THE CUSTOM RADIO OUT OF THE CAR WHEN THEY WERE FIXING THE CAR!!! And that cost me $300 which rock wolid was trying to make me pay the whole $700 because the car "used". But the truely messed up part is that i had been taking them the to get fixed for the same problem for the whole time of owning the car and they never did. I continue to get the run around from the service team who have worked on my car for 30 days out of the last 90 days and the car still isnt running correct.On guy told me that he has an Master Degree in GMC cars when if so that school needs to be closed because my car still isnt in good condion.I took the car to the saturn of tempe (they were GREAT!!! Best move I made!!!!) and the car has $3400 worth of car repairs that arent covered in the warrranty (but was told by Danny at Rock Solid)that they were after taking the car to saturn i was told that they have been doing patch work on the car and the multi oil, power steer and coolant leaks that should have been noticed when they checked the car out before I purchased it. I have spend more time in a rental car and others cars than in the one that I'm in. Was told by the service manager that Jeremy that I did all this to the car myself so that can fix it for free.Ok, why would I pay my car payments on time if I wanted to mess the car up. I had had the car for 9 mos and it has only been giving me problems. On occasion to let you know the type of people I dealing with, I took the car to them to get an oil change and a tire rotation, they rotated tires that are chopped,dry rotted out and told me that they tire were in good condition. They say they changed the oil but when it was at saturn they told me the it was a 50% chance that the oil was changed was done 6-7 weeks ago.Rock solid service team did the oil change 6-7 wks and didnt notice that I have multi oil leaks and coolant leaks. So please dont end up like me with a car that ain't worth $4,000 BUT HAS $5,000 worth of repairs. To end this after talking to them about the problems and what saturn found to be wrong with the car they told me that the repairs are covered in the warrenty but after reading the warrenty when I got home and half of repairs aren't covered.They are LIARS!!! They state that the vehicles are checked dont believe that, when I purchased the car the check engine light was on and was told that it was a sensor, i have replaced eery sensor on the car and the light still comes on. Just because you have bad credit or not so good credit stay after from car lots like this. I was also told that they report to the credit bureau recieved all three of my credit reports in feb 08 and I purchased the are in sept of 07,they just starting reporting about a month ago. I have filed BBB reports and Autocap and I have sent information to the News On Your Side. In closing go to a lot that has a good service team and trust me buy a big down payment to get into a car that will last because this car only has 88,000 and it is already dead!!!

Reviews: Failed to properly respond to a Cease Communications letter, denied being a debt collection agency (although their letter stated, "This is an attempt to collect a debt."). Further stated their mailing address is " .. for mailing purposes.." and that " ... we pay for address usage ...". Claimed to not have to follow the Fedral laws regarding debt collection. Threatened garnishment of wages, attachment of properties and a derogatory credit report for an out-of-statute debt they purchased for pennies on the dollar.

Reviews: We too have had trouble with this company. When we decided enough was enough and we closed the contract and moved the home to another listing company, we sat down, shook hands with Brewers sales team, and signed out of the contract they assured us that we did not owe them anything and that they did not owe us anything. 8 weeks later here comes the collection agency notice for $150 + $40 fee to the collection agency. Just as many others on these blogs have reported, when you leave this company, they attack you with collection agencies. Of course, me being a business owner and the fact that I gave them a false SSN when we signed up with them (advise for anyone dealing with any company) there collection agency will not collect a dime. The bill is for weeds they paid to have pulled in the front yard. We authorized them to pull weeds 5 months ago and we never received a bill for it. We fired Brewer Caldwell as our property manager for our Queen Creek, AZ home for several reasons. 1. It is near impossible to get the property manager to answer a telephone and voice mails are almost never responded to. 2. E-mails to the agent in charge of our home were almost never answered. I will say that Tom the owner did reply when we had to cc him in on e-mails in order to get an answer. 3. Our listing was on there site with no photo, yes, they forgot to include the photo. That would explain why it did not rent out for 4 months. 4. During the 4 months they could not get it rented out (no photo was a major cause) the communication between the agent handling our property and us (the property owners) was nearly zero. This company does not return calls, voice mails, e-mails & they are extremely difficult to communicate with. My point here is that once you quit this company, expect them to send you to collections for past bills "they never billed you for in the first place" If this company would have sent out the invoice for $150 for the weed removal, we would have gladly paid it" Keep in mind, the weeds were authorized to be removed on May 13, 2008 & we never received a bill to pay it but we did receive a collection agency notice in August 2008. They need to look at there accounting department staff and tell them to bill for the jobs instead of sending out the collection agency on there customers. Lecia In Queen Creek, Arizona
