Reviews: I took my kitten in to this office for a common spay/neuter surgical procedure. Went to this particular office because I had gotten a voucher for surgery at this place upon adopting my kitten. The general look of the lobby was dingy and dirty. Bad musty odor (long-standing) and build-up on the floors - first thing in the morning also. Once I was called they took my kitty over the counter and told me to pick kitty up in the afternoon sometime. Not sure what time just call or come in because we wont call you is the statement I got. That afternoon I signed in to pick up my cat and got a funny look from the person checking the clipboard (What are you picking up? Oh is that the small one? ... Hmm well bring your friend out once we find where your paperwork went). My cat was brought out in her crate - tilted at an angle - loudly meowing; I was concerned already. Upon taking (unsually upset for coming out of anesthesia) kitty out of the crate discovered superficial cuts as well as the main incision blood around the superficial / main incision and on her tummy blood on her hind legs and blood on her paws. The sutures were loose and poking her stomach because the ends were way too long. Again I ask WHY was she so active when it was obvious they gave her to me immediately after they finished her surgery??? Was she not put under for the procedure? I dont know but maybe I would understand had a member of the staff taken time to explain what was going on. I will NEVER take my kitty any other animal or let anyone take their animals here again. Im traumatized and I feel extremely lucky that my cat has a better attitude. I would have paid any amount of money for this NOT to happen to my pet.

Reviews: I went in this Store today and was given the worst service Ive ever had at a pet or fish store! My sister in-law bought a clown fish and a yellow tang for my girlfriends salt water aquarium yesterday. When I got home from work today I find out that The yellow tang didnt make it through the night. So I rush over to this place with the deceased I take a sample of water. as I explained to one of the guys what had happened and showed him my receipt. He tells me they dont guarantee livestock. I think - OK a few places Ive been too dont guarantee there fish either. And he walks away to test My water.......... He says My ammonia and Nitrate are good they are at (0). He tests the PH and throws that at me as the Nitrite test! I couldnt believe this guy! I had just tested my water with the same exact test method at home because of the dead fish and he throws that at me like I was an idiot. Then I asked him if he had tested the PH right and he says the PH isnt as deadly for the fish as the nitrites And if he didnt know what he was doing what kind of employees do they have It was ridicules if this person is a member of the management then they have a problem! Im not telling you not to buy your fish here but if you do! test that water where your brand new rare exotic fish was inn - youll be surprised.
