Reviews: I found out today that my account was sent to collections for a $200 bill from 2004 which I'd never seen (I have health insurance that pays these charges so I can't understand why I would be billed). It is now sitting on my credit report. After speaking to their billing dept I found out that the original bill was mailed to my old address and was returned to sender. Even so, my contact phone/work number has remained the same. Instead of calling me, Dr. Gerde's office sent my bill to collections! Funny thing is, they continued to call me the following years to remind me of my annual check up.

Reviews: I made reservations for 8 people for my birthday. When we arrived, they had lost the reservations. They didn't tell us this, but made us wait while they set up make shift tables (4 round ones set in a row) and pulled up plastic yard chairs. When we expressed our dismay they did move us to a slightly better seating arrangement. Our service was intermittent and it was very difficult to hear any conversation at our table due to the Very large party they had us sharing the room with. I left very disappointed and have not returned. Prior to this I'd eaten there often and the food is good enough, although the margaritas are weak. In general the serving staff have always been good. I'm not sure I'll return after that experience.
