Reviews: Cant really say anything bad about the buying or after the sale experience since I didnt buy anything from them. The reason being from what I saw and I looked at quite a few this place must be the clearing house for high mileage cars nobody know what to do with. They do however make up for the high mileage cars by having way to high prices. I went on the internet and couldnt believe how much over what suggested retail they want. I did find out that basically their lot is stocked with cars other dealers dont want. Probably because of the miles is my best guess. Lets face it high mileage cars are going to need repairs and in some cases a lot of them.

Reviews: I once had a cell phone with Cingular which I unfortunately got financially behind and they sent it to a collection company Kansas Cingular Collection d/b/a Franklin Collection which according to Cingular is out of business and AFNI Collection Co. bought the acct. I am in the process of refinancing my house and on my credit report I have both AFNI and this Franklin Collection. When I contacted AFNI about it they suggested that I contact Cingular. Cingular knew Franklin was out of business and that AFNI was the collection agency on the acct. When I asked for a letter to give to my lender to show that it is the same acct Cingular refused to and told me to take it up with the credit bureau because Franklin was out of business and they couldnt help me. What should I do besides contact the credit bureau because my lender needs to have a letter stating that it is the same acct in 3 days! Otherwise they are issuing a check to a company that doesnt exist anymore!

Reviews: I also have a problem with the gym. My two sons went there it the summer and joined a college special for the summer and being young men they took advantage of them. The summer special was $100 they signed up on June 15th but told the guy they would have to quit on August 15th because they were both in college and would be leaving he said that was fine. So they filled out the paper work (and did not receive a copy of it) and went on their way. We keep getting bills from the gym and we called the office and they said that they had to send a letter to them to cancel and that it was on the contract they signed. They were also told that if they didnt pay it would go on their credit report. Well needless to say I went ahead and faxed over the letters to a fax number that was given to me by them they claim that they never got the faxed letters and the fax number wasnt even the right one. Now I dont go around making up fax numbers but was told I need to fax the letters again. I believe that they target these young adults who are new to things like this and make them pay this money for a service they dont even get. So I strongly recommend that you look for another gym and make sure you always get a copy of what you have signed.
