Reviews: Not happy that you incorrectly indentified my husband as a person that owed you money. You called our home phone how you made a connection between who you were looking for and my husband I have no idea. Same first and last name but middle name is different and live in different states. I spoke to you and informed you that you had the wrong person which you agreed. Then as we were checking our credit reports and we now see that you "inquired" on my husband's credit report as a collection!!! Now that sits there we will dispute it but you guys need to get your act together and not screw with peoples credit report!!

Reviews: My experience with this office is not good in the overall scheme. They extracted all four of my wisdom teeth and now my wisdom teeth are out. I am not sure how hard that is to do for someone trained to take out wisdom teeth. However the problem arises with their unprofessional billing procedure. When I went in for a consultation they said the fee was $75.00 but that fee would be waived if I actually had the extraction done at their office. Well I had the extraction done at their office. After the procedure they produced a bill to me for approximately $900 and I paid it right then and there. A few months later I started receiving a bill each month for $75.00 which represented the consultation fee that they said they would waive. I continued to receive these monthly bills thinking it was a mistake. It was not so I called their office and inquired (a) why wasn't the consultation fee waived as promised and (b) if it was not waived why it was not presented in the final bill that I paid in full on the day of the extraction. The women with whom I spoke said she would take care of it and I was happy. However the monthly bills did not stop. I continued to receive them to this day which is some eight (8) months after the extraction procedure. NOW they have bill collectors calling me and threatening me they will report this matter to the credit reporting agencies. In my opinion this office is completely unprofessional. I was prepared to refer all of my friends and family for wisdom teeth extraction to this office until this nickle and dime bologna began to occur.

Reviews: when I first looked at the house I was told water was included in the rent. The day I went to sign the lease I was told it was extra. I should have known that would be the start to a bad experience. It was almost impossible to reach somebody in the office or get a service request in. once you sign that lease they want nothing to do with you. i couldn't get out fast enough
