Reviews: I was never so disappointed in an employement agency. Everyone was rude and treated all the candidates like they did not have time for them. I was told dont hold your breath. Was also told by other appleone candidates that this office will black ball you if you go to another office.

Reviews: If there were a 0 then that would be their rating. The first thing the sales associate asked us when we sat down was did you read the disclaimer? He further stated that in the small print states that this is the price of the car without the add-ons. We said ok and asked him to quote the price of the car for us. He returned saying that the price of the car remains as listed and we will not be charged for any add-ons. We were at the dealership for 2-3 hours test driving that car with that offer on the table. At the end when sitting down with the dealership manager she (Lisa Carr) brought us a quote with add-ons included. We explained to her that the sales associate said we would not be charged for any add-ons. She asked us if we would buy the car for the listing price + ttl and we said yes. She went to reconfigure the prices and never returned. The sales associate came back with add-ons still in the quote stating that it could not be lowered anymore even though it was promised to us already. I guess the dealership doesnt need to honor anything if its not in writing. The sales manager never returned to give us any further explanation. She basically ran off and hid and let her sales associate take the heat for their mis-communication. The customer service here is extremely poor especially if the manager cant even back up what she says. Ridiculous! Dont go here!

Reviews: Very poor billing procedures. I received a phone call :we have attempted to contact you several times regarding your acount------. In fact I have yet to receive a bill and did not have an address to which to mail payment. I found an address via the internet but have yet to reach a person to discusss this situation with. Im not sure how much they think is owed.
