Reviews: Do yourself a favor and go to Coffee Bean or Starbuck's instead. What kind of coffee shop doesn't open until 9am? Their barista's are unprofessional and they're so hard up for money that they deny legitimate coupons from Entertainment Book. My first visit just turned into my last.

Reviews: This Office claims that I broke my appointment. In fact I never made an appointment with them I found out about this situation when I did call to make an appointment. Anyways I refused to pay the $25 broken appointment fee (not my fault why should I pay-right) so they sent me to collection over $25.00. I now have a bad mark on my credit report and so does my wife because they reported everybody in my family. I talked to the dentist office again and explained the situation. The new employees said that they fired the old managers due to inter office problems, but that she would talk to the dentist herself and get back to me. I received a call later that day and she said the doctor Eric C. Chiang said he would not do anything due to I could not prove I did not have an appointment. I told the office I would pay anyways just to have it removed, but they refuse to remove any reports saying that they just would not. This dental office is very un-ethical and has treated me extremely bad over $25.00 mistake on their part. I would not recommend this office to no one.
