Reviews: I visited this Apple One office about a year ago to find a part-time or temporary job while I was going to graduate school. I made this situation clear to the organization when I came in telling them that my graduate school schedule was hectic and that I simply needed a little extra income with whatever job they could find for me on weekends or whatever. Upon arriving for my interview I noticed that the women running the office were disorganized and seemed confused about a number of tasks i.e whom was in charge of what clients who was to answer phones which applicant should they take next etc. After staying a number of hours watching numerous videos and taking a myriad of tests I was instructed to go home and take the rest of the tests online because I was told this was taking too long to do here. I went home and took the other tests which I did with much hassle as it was unclear what they wanted me to take and it was never indicated that they got the results. About a week later I was contacted about a temporary position nearby. They told me to arrive at the Apple One office at 10:00 a.m. The day of my interview I arrived at 9:45 a.m. expecting to meet with a representative from the nearby business at Apple One or at least to be told what time my interview was for later on that morning. Instead they told me my interview with the business was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. and it was located in Riverside which was more than ten minutes away! I expressed my frustration with the supervisor there telling them it had not been made clear to me that I was to have an interview at 10:00 in Riverside when I was told to be at the Apple One office at 10:00. The supervisor assured me that I would make it on time if I raced down the freeway with a chuckle. I told her to call them and expect me to a few minutes late much to my chagrin. When I finally got to the office and sat down for my interview I was told by my interviewer that I was interviewing for a full-time salaried position with more than 40 hour work-week expected. I explained to the interviewer that I had gone through Apple One to find a part-time or temporary position not full-time. The interviewer visibly frustrated with the situation sighed and said that Apple One had called and told them that they would be finding a client looking for full-time hours. At this point I cut the interview short wishing them the best in their job search. I called Apple One as I left and explained the situation and how I could not take the position due to their mishap. I never received a phone call back. Essentially my impression from this particular office was that it was run by a group of unprofessional ladies that had very little organizational skills themselves and were the polar opposite of the what they were supposed to represent. It was not only a horrid waste of my time but also of the corporations utilizing their offices in the search for employees.

Reviews: Such horrible service. The office workers/manager will never get back to you. They didnt return any of my phone calls and when I called back to ask about my situation they admitted to losing my phone number because the cleaning lady threw it out. Strange office practices. I would give this office zero stars but 1 star is the lowest.

Reviews: I just called and they told me they only deal with office type work and that you must already have experience and preferably a degree. Now even though I use to get paid $30hr and have much computer experience and can type 70+ wpm along with writing reports and keeping warranty accoounts updated I supposedly could not qualify for a $9hr entry level data entry position...LOL. Im sorry but that tells me they expect someone with a degree or even with years experience to accept minimum wage!! that tells you right there what rip off artists they are and only care about putting money in their pockets instead of really trying to place you with a quality job. Not only that they didnt even reffer me to an agency that deals with my type of experience. Apple one is HORRIBLE!!
