Reviews: The park is wonderful. The service with dawn wonderful. but the process in buying terrible we could well afford the lot rent and to buy but credit report was not that great. they went on that alone and not the fact that we have a rental property and the mortgage on that is paid on time and that where we live the payments are on time.... very unfair to hard working people who just want to live a nice life. Shame on this credit report stuff We are good decent people!!!!! who do pay our bills and could afford thier $400 lot rent if I can afford $750 I can afford that. How about checking refferences. you may learn more about someone that way.

Reviews: The customer service was terrible. I picked out my car a week before I got it with the understanding that I could get an 8% loan rate. Went back the following week to pick it up and the rate went up to 11% and they never contacted me to give me a heads up. Well I went to my bank to get a loan to refinance it and got a 6% rate the next week. I couldnt get a pay off amount tho for another week because the finance company didnt have the paperwork and the sales company didnt either. I got a hold of Mitch Ide the owner and he told me to pay the orginal amount the loan would never go into effect. I did this but he didnt do his part so I got it on late payments on my credit report for 3 months and calls from the company saying I was late on my loan when I knew I was paying the one from my bank. It did get fixed but it was a awful time with this place.
