Reviews: Arrow credit is an awful company. I took over the payment on a car that my business loaned employee the money for the downpayment (to purchase) and done extensive repairs for. Arrow sent a repo company to my business to get the car because the original purchaser was not making the payments. When I refused to give them the car they called the police. The police told the repo company they could not force me to turn over the car. I contacted Arrow and Arrow told me the car had not been legally registered and the taxes had not been paid on the car. They told me if I caught up the payments on the car they would get the title so I could legally register the car in my name and pay the taxes. I caught up the payment. But was never given a new title and able to register the car. One day while making a payment I was asked to sign the contract and they would get me the title. I signed but was never given a copy of the title. I eventually stopped paying for the car and told them where to come pick up the car. The car was repoed and I thouht that was the end of it.. NOT SO.. Arrow put a repo on my credit.. Although the loan was not legally in my name and the contract was changed without the consent of the original purchaser and I could never even legally drive the car. During the time when Arrow was trying to repo the car from my business I called to let them know why the car was not being released (before I took over the payments) and someone there told me to fu### off and hung up on me. When I stopped paying for the car they began calling my family saying they had reported the car stolen. Arrow finance company is a predatory lendor who will do anything they can to get money. They will harass you and your family and employer. They have no respect for customers and hounestly they prey on individually who dont know about them. Even people with bad credit can find other companies who will treath them with more respect. Arrow is not the kind of business that has return customers. When Arrow contacts third parties (including repo people who work for Arrow) and advise them about you debt that is called third party disclosure and it is a violation of Federal Debt Collection Laws threats to have you arrested or report the car stolen are also violations of federal law. If you are having problems with Arrow start recording every conversation you have with them or their repo company. If challenged they will deny ever threatening you or telling third parties about your debt. Also they can NEVER NEVER report a car stolen you have finance NEVER.. Even if you never pay. Also know that if you retum the car Arrow will sell it for almost nothing ON PAPER and come after you in a lawsuite for the balance. If you must return the car remember the part have value before you do. The engine is worth at least $1000. The Transmission 500.00. Returning a shell is not a crime especially since youhave no control over what the car will eventually be sold for. Use the money you make on parts to buy a new vehicle financed from a reasonable company before the eventual repo hits your credit report. Take Arrow off your insurance if you are involved in an accident that does not total the car the check will be made out to only you and you can decided if you want to get the car fixed or send it back to Arrow in its current condition. Remember you also have an investment in your car an investment you can cash in with a little thought. Craigs List is a good place to sell parts. If you must loose your car do it on your terms. Dont do anything unlawful but remember braking a contract with Arrow is not a crime. It is a civil (law suite) case and Arrow is going to sue you after they get the car back even it you return it in perfect condition. Also know there are tow companies that will have the car crushed. This is not legal (so I would advise against it). But everyone knows someone with an old tow truck.

Reviews: I have been to this lot and a lot of the good things you all are saying if SH*T!!! They sold me a intrepid on a Friday in Feb 2010 ($1600 down) that left me stranded on Sunday at 6am headed to work. It cost me $400 to fix and 1 month later it over heated and left me stranded on 270 at midnight leaving work. A week later the power steering pump went out and I had to use all of my strength to steer it home leaving work at midnight in the snow. Then In July 2010 the motor went out. Through all of that all they did was put the payment of $250/month for the month of the problem (In April I had two.) on the end of the loan but it still had to be paid. When I told them I could no longer afford it ( balance of $1800 left) they found out it was a lemon and told me to pay $500 instead of the total balance. They also put the $500 on my credit report. I will never go to them again and would not recommend them to anyone I know. Run and run far!!! You may luck out like my husband did with his car but we had to put $1000 into the front end just after he paid it off. It did go to New Orleans 3 times safely though. But now it is parked and we cant do anything with it. If there was anythign less than 1 star they would get it. I dont believe they deserve a rating.

Reviews: Well I am so glad I came here and read the reviews cause my husband and I applied for an apartment here and we have gotten angrier and more disgusted with the way we are being treated...FIRST OF ALL they will NOT show you any actual apartment until they get YOUR MONEY...they have a model inside the office which from what I understand the real apartments look NOTHING like...We live 20 miles away and they have had us come back FOUR TIMES to bring stuff for our app to be approved...they advertise a $99 deposit which sounds great but what they DONT tell you is they charge each household member even if you are MARRIED for a credit report which is $40 non refundable and IF you are approved THEN you can apply it to the $99 deposit ...it has to be CASH or money order...so my husband goes to the ATM and he couldnt get just $40 so he got $60 and when he came back she says she has NO change....UH if they are collecting all this CASH WHY NOT?? still we let that slide...thinking we should have NO problem being approved....we do have some credit issues which we explained in full both verbally and in the credit app...our landlord gave us a glowing review... and our credit issues are really OLD....also viewing the type of cars and people in the complex we didnt figure we would have a problem getting in....it is NOW day 6 and STILL no answer...and NOW they arent even bothering to call us back.....in the meantime several friends have filled us in that they are ROACH RIDDEN and high drug and crime area...also in driving around I noticed several units where the screens were hangin off or just broken laying on the ground...whats that about???.................and the worst part is we have wasted TIME and money on them when we could have been looking elsewhere ....I have already started PACKING and have to be out of this place in TWO weeks...its a freaking nightmare..........the thing is if they approve us I better get my money back I aint moving here... regardless we OVERPAID anyway and now reading these reviews I am actually scared to death I might be forced to move...and what is this crap you cant see an ACTUAL apartment and make your choice ( which are supposed to be varied)...........why cause they dont want you to see it til youre LOCKED In thats why??? That dont even make sense.....also forgot to mention ONE time we were there and one of the tenants was walking around crying screaming cussin and came in the office to CALL THE POLICE....and while she was talking to the police she scared the bejesus out of me telling them what her BF or whatever did ...and breaking her windows or some weird stuff going on and the manager sat there and didnt even blink an eye SCARY or what? about the only GOOD thing about them making us wait is I got educated I am not just walking away I AM RUNNING!!!!!! PS if they give me grief about MY money I might just call the police ON THEM this is ROBBERY!!!!!

Reviews: Instalation was performed very professionaly. Happy with the windows I received. Office was unprofessional when I called felt like I was taking up their time.The salesman talked to him once when he came here to give me my bid. After I decided who I was going with. And after several bids and he was not the cheapest bid but felt the best vaule.Left 3 Messages for him to call me not one call was returned??? If I was to do it again I would not pick this company for the simple fact he could not return my call and being a bother to the office. I did not have a complaint wanted additional patio door. So someone else will receive that work. Hope he reads this not that my opion matters. But this seems to be the only way to speak with him.I donnot feel the buisiness was appreciated and if not for the contract I would of took my buisiness elsewhere.
