Reviews: 09/16/2008 I have also availed my self to the services of Bay Rentals. I paid the $98 fee and the service I received was professional and prompt. The staff at Bay Rentals was helpful and available to answers my questions anytime 7 days a week. Using Bay Rentals made it much much easier to find a place to live due to the many of properties they have on file. The emails we got were prompt and very helpful and the information was always up to date. Doing business with this dealership has been nothing but pleasant, the service department does a great job as well, and while waiting for my car to be serviced the dealership offers free wi-fi. Reviews: I actually went to Scion Stevens Creek Toyota which is affilitated with Stevens Creek Toyota. They actually ran my credit report before I even saw the car. They explained that my credit score was really well for my age, but still they should not have. When I came home that night, I went online and looked at these reviews and regret not doing it earlier before seeing them. If you do decide to see them make sure that the finance guys show your credit score to you and give an explanation on how it is used. I just looked on the California DMV website and it is the law that they show you 1. your score and 2. how it works. Because these people at Capitol Toyota and Scion Stevens Creek did not do this (i went to both places). I am leaving this posting up in Captiol Toyota, Scion Stevens Creek, and Stevens Creek Toyota because I do not want these people ripping consumers off by hiding their credit score by giving them a higher APR. Having dealt with these car dealerships, I will never forget this lesson. If there is one good note: I met a man, I forgot his name but I think he deals with all of the paperwork. He cautioned me that if I was not ready to buy a car that we did not have to start on the paper work. He was actually patient compared to the other people. He understood the stituation that since I did not see the car yet, it was not such a good idea to fill out paper work to buy the car without getting my satisfaction. So I stepped away from this document process.

Reviews: I went there looking for a scooter and the guy seemed helpful. However, he told me that I didn't need a motorcycle license to ride them. It seemed too good to be true, that's because it was. If the scooter goes faster than 20mph, you need a motorcycle license (I called the DMV and checked). He didn't know what he was talking about. These people are clueless. As far as customer service is concerned, it's the "Fry's Electronics" of motorcycle stores. This place is okay only if you know exactly what you need, and don't mind paying cash. Another "Fry's" experience happened when I went to buy a helmet. I asked where the helmets were held, they told me upstairs. When I turned to go upstairs, they immediately told me to wait because no employee was up there. I really needed a helmet, so I made the purchase, but will never go back to a place that makes me feel like a criminal. I've never stolen anything in my entire life, but they made me feel like I already had. Sure I was ignored when I went up there, but that was the least of my problems with them at that point. If you're a career criminal, this is the place for you. You'll feel right at home.
