Reviews: I have used Bay Rentals a couple of times over the years and they have really helped me both times. I have found them to be very knowlegable and friendly. The house Im in now I got through them and Ive been here over 12 years now. I have several friends that have also used their service more recently and they all found places to live from their rental listings within a few weeks. No business can have absolutely 100% customer satisfaction for 25 years but my friends and I have all been thoroughly satisfied with Bay Rentals. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants to have a customized rental list with more places to see in a shorter amount of time!

Reviews: ...you can ask to see the fish before it is cooked. Oh - and insist on them not touching the fish after it is served. I waited a good 30 minutes or so for the dish. The wait was not too bad. However once the fish was served the waiter immediately started to break it apart and dished the soy-based sauce on it. In a few seconds we was done with his service. One thing that was apparent towards the middle of the meal was that I may have gotten fish parts that were thrown together to form the dish. Of course I could not prove this as the fish was thoroughly dissasembled. One tell-tale sign that the fish was not whole was that flesh on the bone appeared to be sliced as if the fish had been fileted. For $30 you could do much much better.

I bought my last 2 cars from this dealership and I will never buy there again. **edit - I landed a killer deal at CAPITOL TOYOTA LATER THIS DAY (with none of the seemingly typical BS Stevens Creek fused into their business practices)** Simply poor management and service I cant say a single thing that is even marginal just terrible. I immediatelly called another Toyota dealer and received the opposite treatement....The other dealerships were respectful and sincere. The staff at Stevens Creek is just too personaly involved and forgot how to treat their customers. The Stevens Creek sales manager and sales person completely lost their composure and began to insult me and use sarcasm. It was like a personal argument for them they couldnt stop with the bullying insulting and sarcasm....I almost thought they were kidding at first. They could come to my house give me the deal I want and I still cannot get myself to ever do business there again. Really.....DONT DO IT save your stress and just go or call another dealership.
