Reviews: So I go in to the AZ Hair co to get a trim and root touch up. I told the stylist how my hair tends to pull orange if your not careful. She used paper instead of foil on my hair making the product dry out and stop processing. The result? My roots where bright orange! She tried saying it was just the lighting that made it look orange but it wasnt. So she goes over it with bleach to get the orange out. When she was done I asked if it needed a toner she said no it looked good. I also asked for low lights and if she could match what I already had which was a light carmel color. Instead she used a dark brown and ran it all the way down to the tips of my hair making all my pretty blond hair dark and muddy looking. Now for the trim...I have long thick hair that I was in love with. I showed her with my fingers what my idea of an inch was and said to trim that much to the ends including the layers. On one side in the front is an uneven blunt cut where a nicely tapered one used to be. Its so ridiculous looking that I cant straighten my hair anymore and have to just wait for the 5 inches she cut off to grow back. I am way too nice and believed her when she said all the orange was gone so I paid and left without taking a good look. When I got home was a different story. I had to go somewhere else to fix the orange and have the length lightened up again. Although there really isnt much she could do about the chunk missing off the side of my head. When I complained about a refund the manager Paula was incredibly unprofessional rude and sarcastic with me even though I was being civil despite everything. She refused to give me a refund and hung up on me!

Reviews: The Worst property management company I have ever used. I own 11 rental houses and I have never had a company pull as many sleazy tricks to get money from me as this company did. I also have 2 friends who used this company and had the same horrible experiences with them. They charged me for repairs that were never done. Carged me hundreds of dollars for painting that was never done. I had to fly to AZ to check on my hunch that they were ripping me off. and... yes they were. They lied to me about tenants and NEVER inspected the house. DO NOT RENT or use this company for management!
