Reviews: What a bunch of unprofessional con-men. I went there looking for a used doublewide as I had bought property that I could only place a doublewide on. I also told them I had a really nice singlewide that I wished to trade in. I was told they had many doublewides to choose from both trade-ins and repos. They claimed they were still setup throughout the area because they didnt want to charge customers for moving them twice so they didnt bring them to the lot. Then I was told that I would have to fill out a credit application before they could give me a list of such homes because I had to be deemed creditworthy. I told them I wanted to finance my purchase through my bank but they insisted that they would give me a better interest rate and terms than my bank could because they were using Warren Buffets money. I completed the credit application so I could get their list. They called and said they had me approved and were anxious for me to come in and get started. So I went in anxious to start looking for my ideal home. They brought in papers with a home they had picked for my needs. A new singlewide. I told them that wasnt what we had talked about at all. Then they advised me I had been approved for any new home on their lot but they couldnt finance a used doublewide because the lender would only approve new homes as they remained better collateral holding their value longer. It was a complete snowjob. They wouldnt give me a list of used doublewides saying I had only been approved for a new home. I now have an unnecessary credit check on my credit report for no reason. What a poor excuse for a mobile home sales company. Dont waste your time. You will be sorry.
