Reviews: I just wanted to personally thank you both for helping us secure our new home in St Paul. You made the process simple and easy to follow and took a lot of worry out of purchasing the home. I will gladly recommend you and Eric to anyone who is also seeking a home mortgage broker company in the Minneapolis St Paul area. As you know my Realtor had me walk across the hall to use her company for my mortgage. Compared to you she didnt seem very knowledgeable but as a first time buyer I didnt know it at the time. The part that annoyed me most was how they treated me like a number and just assumed I would use them no matter what. I stumbled on your very informative web site then decided to call. WOW what a difference! You took the time to hold our hands and teach us what we needed to know to make a good mortgage decision. You treated us like people plus we loved your automated Loan Status Report E-Mails. They are really informative for nervous first time home buyers. My Realtor was very upset we didnt use her company for our mortgage and spoke very negatively about you although she didnt even know you. Today we will recommend YOU to everyone who needs a mortgage in Minnesota but we will NEVER recommend our Realtor to anyone after she tried so hard to steer us to her mortgage company and away from your mortgage company. Thank you again Joe and Eric. You truly made our home in St Paul a dream come true. To everyone else out there if you are financing a home anywhere Joe and Mortgages Unlimited operates (all of Minnesota and Wisconsin) and you dont at least shop your mortgage loan with them you may be making a big mistake!
