Reviews: Dont join this gym!!!! You definitely get what you pay for at $10 a month!!! They people are rude and the company that does the billing is out of state and theyre rude as well! There is no yearly contract but there are tons of HIDDEN fees that are associated with the month-to-month contract! I tried to cancel because were moving and they made me pay another monthly fee and a written request which I did. Then I get an email saying I need to pay a $30 annual fee!!! They didnt start doing the annual fee until after I joined and they expect me to pay it to cancel! I realize that were not talking about a lot of money here but this is getting ridiculous! I called the gym and they said I was right that there wasnt a contract but the owner added a clause later that said he could add fees as he pleased basically. Just pay attention to what you sign!!!

Reviews: This place is awful. I have been banking with them for 9 years both share and checking and I have decent credit and a decent income. And enough in my account to pay half the auto loan I was asking for ($24k). Then they deny my auto loan for 1 under $200 judgement (that was paid in full) on my credit report.. VERY STUPID and STRICT.. I will be taking my money out once all current checks clear and going elsewhere. Customer service is crappy and all the tellers act snooty to you. I actually got questioned where did my money/checks come from a couple of occasions as If they were scam checks or something.. VERY bad service. I also got a large check ($17000) and the teller had the nerve to ask in a serious manner Is this a settlement or did you sue someone or something NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!

Reviews: Whoever wrote the earlier review must have been related to Lisa Westfield. We had nothing but problems during our escrow and all of it was directly attributable to the terrible service offered by Lisa and this office. She is not a clear and concise source of information but rather provides as vague information and little service as possible. It is now 2 weeks past closing and were still awaiting our refund because Lisa (in her great attention to detail) was unable to follow the directions in our closing docs. Word to the wise - if youre a buyer and get stuck with this escrow office request a new one as soon as possible!
