Reviews: DID YOU KNOW THAT EARNHARDT DEALERSHIPS ARE NOT FOUND IN THE LISTING FOR THE BBB ACCREDITED BUSINESSES. Most Interesting experience with MR ED Credit Department and Earnhardt Toyota: I am so disappointed that this Mr. Ed department claims to offer help to people in the throws of bankruptcy but does not even come close to delivering. We were perfectly content to keeping our vehicles included in the bankruptcy but then we received an advertisement that indicated they could help with their special bad credit programs. Of course we called to find out more information. We gave the necessary information required to make a decision. We were told that we should come in and that a firm answer is based on the vehicle we decided on. I tried to ask a few questions to at least guide me as to a price range a payment amount. I was told about $400-450 per month was what I could afford. I am currently paying $605/month for my car and $560/month for my spouses truck We are trying to decrease the highest payment by trying to take advantage of this alleged program I was assured that this could be done. During that conversation I told the loan officer that we would talk about it and look on the website to see what product was available. The following week we received 3-4 phone calls per day every day urging us to make an appointment and most importantly the calls we by someone different each time. We did return the phone calls intermittently but never spoke to the same person. This was a little annoying. We then narrowed it down to what type of vehicle that we would be interested in which was a Toyota. We decided to visit the Toyota dealership in Mesa. We of course were greeted by a salesman who handed us off immediately when we indicated we were Mr. Ed clients. While we were waiting ( my two children myself ) heard profanity being used quite loudly (within earshot of us) by a group of your employees in an office nearby. I shot a look toward these people and they started to laugh then an employee walked toward us and asked if we were being helped where I mentioned to him of what I heard. He then walked away no apology no respect........I was so appalled! Finally a so called loan officer came out and greeted us He began to indicate that there was an issue that I was not in the position to be approved. I was really really angry at this point we were badgered for almost a week 3-4 times a day where they knew all along that we were not approvals! Are you people trying to just annoy and inconvenience people or what? He continued on trying to explain to us what the issue was but honestly it did not make any sense. The explanations did not make any sense in fact it was a total contradiction he kept making reference to his people not seeing something on the credit report and talking in circles. I told him that obviously he didnt know what he was doing. We then went to another dealership that advertised similar assistance with bankruptcy and was told that there was not an issue and that I should choose a vehicle and we could continue with the purchase. I did mention what we had gone through earlier and he indicated that the loan officer obviously did not know what he was doing. I will be honest here I did purchase a vehicle several years ago with cash in hand and was treated like the best customer ever I was greeted by the GM Internet Manager and several other people of the Earnhardt organization with respect and reverence. It almost seems like there is quite a prejudicial atmosphere in comparing these two occurrences. What I will say is that I will never and any member of my family will not step foot in one of your dealerships again! This was the most aggravating and harassing experiences that I have ever had. I intend to share this experience with anyone who is in the market for a vehicle Badgered and Mislead

Reviews: Dear CEO This letter is to inform you that after being a loyal 20 year card holding customer my relationship with Sears is over. On 11/08/2009 your Automotive Manager Mike Layton at the Mesa AZ store located at 1425 W. Southern Ave. disconnected an air hose from a tire machine that struck my new vehicle. I was at this location for a simple oil lube and filter. I was told to get an estimate and Sears would fix my new vehicle that has just over 4 000 miles on it. The BBB A+ Rated Body shop I took my now damaged vehicle to gave an estimate of around $1 600 to fix what your company had done. After a 2 hour wait for the loss prevention people to arrive I finally received my damaged vehicle and a bill for the oil change that they had the nerve to make me pay for. Your loss prevention people called me back the same day informing me that I needed at least 5 more estimates for the repairs I informed them that was ridiculous and not going to happen. The next day I received another call from your loss prevention people who offered me $150 to settle my claim. I explained that there was no way on earth would I accept $150 for the damage as the vehicle was in the shop being repaired for $1 600+ dollars plus I had to get a rental car. I was badgered by these LP people and informed that Sears would drag the matter out in court for many years. They also asked that I send them a copy of my credit report Social Security Card Copy of my drivers license birth certificate vehicle registration and insurance card to prove that I did own the vehicle in question. This was a futile attempt to get me to accept their ridiculous offer. Your employees are insane liars and just flat bananas! Never in my life have I ever seen such a disaster. I will of course have my law firm sue the pants off of Sears for the damage and the absolute insanity of your employees. I will pay for the vehicle repair on my Sears Master card as well as the rental vehicle and the $2 500 retainer to my law firm. Oh you know the 21% Sears card. Your store manager Burt Desroches has lied to the National Customer Relations for Sears by stating that he has attempted to contact me several times. I called four separate times to speak to him and was placed on hold for 20 minutes at a time. I will make sure I share my Sears Horror story with everyone I can find to listen with the economy the way it is customer service should be job #1. Well I guess with a store manager who gets arrested for DUI I am sure alcohol is a factor because sober people dont let their employees act this way and get your company sued! Sincerely Hugh R.
