Reviews: I cant even rate it as low as it really is! Id give it a negative 5 stars! I moved there because I had a ferret and they were the only apartment that offered a home for Mari and me. Unfortunately upon arrival it stunk like Bill and Bob had a bongfest it stunk like pot and was really nasty! It took me a week to clean the cabinets the walls and the entire place! I lived on the backside where it was quite noisy loud boom-boom music that I called the cops on a weekly basis for. Lets see the water heater broke. My average heat/electricity bill was over $100 a month! I had a one bedroom apartment! I only used the fridge and that was the only applicance which was plugged in except for the tiny water heater which I called about because it too was broken! They dont pay their maintenance people well at all and force them to live in that ghetto too with lousy tools (their personal tools) and NO spare parts! I nearly died when I tried to take the water heater cover off. I got a massive shock from the Jerry-rigged piece of garbage that heated (or warmed) my water! I had to shower on base (military) or in the gym because I never made an entire shower without it going cold on me. There were druggies Mexicans (not that I have a problem with Mexicans....but when you see 90% of license plates that are from Sonora....you wonder whats going on) NO outside lighting (very scary and unsafe at night) laundry room issues boom-boom music gun shots ghetto birds (the police choppers)flying overhead all night NO security guards and tons of vandalism and theft in vehicles! Lucky for me I had a really old truck and nobody wanted it ;) They kept my security deposit and pet deposit.....and then went after me (collections) because it wasnt enough!!!! I am still fighting to have it removed from my credit report!!!! Good luck for me....it probably wont ever happen.... DONT RENT HERE NO MATTER HOW GOOD IT SEEMS OR LOOKS! ITS DANGEROUS AND VERY SCARY! IM A SINGLE WOMAN AND HATED EVERY SINGLE DAY THERE!!!!!

Reviews: These apartments only want the money and give you junk apartments in return. Nothing worked dishwasher smelled like mildew and had water in it for god only knows how long before we moved in. They said theyd have to replace it and never did. Air conditioner NEVER worked told management they sent a maintanence worker up 2 weeks later (this is in July after 7 over 100 day in a row). We actually went to a hotel for a week b/c we couldnt torture our children anymore. Our apartment was broken into 3 times in 3 weeks and someone got shot in the apartment complex. Not to mention all the glass beer bottles smashed that wed have to clean up daily and the adult men who would smoke weed right in broad daylight and flip gang signs if you looked at them. We got fed up and left the 6 month lease ONE MONTH EARLY and they are charging me $1767 on my credit report for the things I COMPLAINED ABOUT not working WTF!!!! Stay far far away unless your a gang banger who loves to smoke weed!!!

Reviews: I did a great job on a nine month assignment for them. When the job ended I expected help or placement with another job. I got a kick to the curb. A few months later the company I temped for offered me a permanent position. You may find a job but dont expect support to stay employed
