Reviews: Used Car department salesmen G. Jones is a joke. He single handed lost my car purchase with all the broken promises lack of urgency and lack of respect of me as a Customer!! I had my own bank financing the vehicle and he couldnt seem to understand the process. I needed a bill of sale to fax to my bank. During this time he wanted me to go ahead and sign the bill of order twice with out my banks comfirmation on the VIN# which would have made me responsible for the vehicle whether I wanted to or not. He also ask me to try honda financing after I made it clear I had my own.( this will the fax was going through lack of impatients) I mean why do that a bring down my credit score for nothing. All in all 72 hrs pass and the vehicle wasnt ready. It needed two new tires on the front interior detailed and head light changed! nothing was done in those 72hrs. So I pulled my offer to buy. if you go to Landmark avoid Greg Jones he will try to sell you sh@%.......

Reviews: I completely agree with the below reviews and would give this company a 0 if possible. As an owner it was a nightmare to work with PPM. We were ridiculously overcharged for everything from cleaning to repairs. When we did research on the average price of certain repairs for the Virginia area we found that we were charged double and sometimes even triple of what the repair would cost. They are very adamant about using their preferred contractors who in my opinion do a lousy job and overcharge. This company needs to be investigated for embezzlement.
