Reviews: Well my Friend is Jeffs Brother we work together at subway in Pomona . I was telling his sister Emily that I need a car because this car that I was driving belongs to my sister and she just got this new job . So Being that I make really good money for what I do and Emily is always telling me to go see Jeff well I said to her that I need his number so that I can get a car soon . I went with Emily to Garden Grove were Jeff works and we looked at a lot of cars because I didnt really know what I wanted . It was fun with Jeff hes very nice . I got a honda civic 2008 two door ! love it!!!. This was too easy getting this car some times I have to go look out side to make sure I wasnt dreaming . Still there !. I just want to say thanks Jeff and thank you Emily too...

Reviews: I need to write this revised statement on this dealership. see below. WOLVES IN SHEEP CLOTHING. THEY STARTED OUT REAL NICE How can we help get you in the car you want ? We are here to help you. We want you to be happy. Those words cost me $1008.00. I was browsing the internet for a pre-owned SUV. I went to Kelly blue book sight and came across 2006 for expedition on the Buena Park Nissan dealership sight. Internet price was $16991 I printed out the picture and price. Went to the dealership met with one of three sales rep. After eight hours of negotiating price years and the trade-in-value of my vehicle and the down payment. We still did not get the internet price. The cost was $1008 more than the internet price. I was told the same thing that Mr. L. was told The Manager said the price on the internet was CASH ONLY AND HE COULD NOT OFFER THAT PRICE TO EVERYONE AND WHO EVER HAD A BETTER CREDIT SCORE WOULD RECEIVE THE INTERNET PRICE in other words he was telling me that because of my credit score I did not receive that price. I stated it did not say that on the internet listing. He stated we cant write everything there . I was also promised a complete set of floor mats by the first salesperson I have yet to see them. Liar Liar Liar. For all three of the salespersons. I FELT V. I. P . I know that a lot of the people read my comments on my visit to this dealership on 11/08/2009. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Thank you to Hiro (Hero) and David for making things right. I was contacted by this sales Manager a few days ago he was very apologetic for what had happened and the bad experience that I had . Now this person really did care. I am so glad that there is still some people that actually cares about others . As bad as I felt when I left on the day I purchased my SUV I felt just that good on the day that Hiro( Hero) made things right. I was given the internet price and the mats for my SUV. I was also compensated for the trip to the dealership . I was totally satisfied . Now Buena Park Nissan has a reputation to live up to. My friends and family will know that there is a dealership with integrity. I also want to mention that the owner of the Dealership (whom I meet) was also apologetic. Thank you. Now I am looking forward to buy my next automobile dont let me down Hiro (Hero) Thanks Again
