Reviews: do not recommend.......I made an appointment for my husband and told receptionist about our insurance we must send all lab work that cannot be done on site to ak regional hosp. lab. my husband also told the receptionist after his office visit. samples for the lab were sent to a different lab to be analyzed we were charged an extra almost $700.00 for their error on the lab i have called to get things figured out because i feel i should not be charged for this fee it would have been paid for through our insurance and it was their error we have called to talk to the dr. and could only leave messages and he would never talk to us directly so after talking to his employees we decided to pay for half of the bill and he should pay half for his error would be fair.he still refuses to call us and turned this bill over to collection after disputing the bill they will not except any responsibility and we are forced to pay or ruin our credit i will pay but under protest and will never recommend this business to anyone they really arnt as professional as i like in a dr. office.
