Reviews: If there were a way to have zero stars that would be my rating. Let me just say that Everest Properties are notorious amongst Berkeley students for screwing people over. I decided to ignore the infamous stories about sex-trafficking (look it up on Wikipediaits true) when I saw a nice apartment advertised. My friends and I follow procedure to get it and then were told the price has been raised (in the space of a few hours). But we believe them when they say they have another unit available for the original price. We view it and everything is falling apart! It looked nothing like the original. They kept this type of thing going for weeks on end. We finally just walked away thinking signing with these people would be the biggest mistakes. I have friends who actually live there; they say the management doesnt care. They dont address complaints in a very timely manner. On top of that when I viewed another apartment from them one of the actual tenants warned me to just stay away. Whether you decide to get involved with these people or not just keep in mind be wary and have written proof of prices before hand.

THE OWNER DELIBERATELY HELD A CAR FROM THE FINANCE COMPANY FOR 90 DAYS WHICH RESULTED IN A POOR CREDIT SCORE DROPPING MY RATING. THEY CONTINUED TO LIE TO THE FINANCE COMPANY STATING THEY DID NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE. AFTER THE FINANCE COMPANY DID A LOJACK SEARCH THEY DISCOVERED THE CAR WAS PARKED AT THE DEALERSHIP LOT. WHY WOULD THE OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP ALLOW MY CREDIT TO BE RUINED BECAUSE I RETURNED A 2010 ES350 AFTER 2 WEEKS. CAN YOU EXPLAIN THIS I CANT. DO NOT BUY AT COLISEUM LEXUS.

Reviews: I have spent months trying to get my bankruptcy finished. After many months they said we could only qualify for chapter 13. I took my file to another lawyer and we qualify for chapter7. Not sure of how experienced the lawyers are for this company.

Reviews: I read a lot of negative reviews about CWP but I never had any problems with them. I rented a townhouse in Castro Valley for almost 2 years from them and they where always very kind and easy to work with and talk to. Although they did ask me to vacate the property because the homeowners association did not like me. My neighbor played movies until midnight through his sub woofer but me playing jazz until midnight pissed people off. I dont get it. Anyways upon the move out I got 95% of my deposit back. They also did not give me a negative reference to the next company I rented from which they did not have to do. So overall I would say they are very nice and accommodating. Never had a problem with them.

Reviews: This Toyota dealership has all the heavily desired Toyota cars ready to drive off the lott which is the only good thing about this dealership. They try to overcharge you in terms of the interest rate when you have great credit (Mine credit score was 743). They try to sell you optional features as standard and have the nerve to have an attitude when you point out that optional does not mean standard. Only go to this dealership if you have the cash to fully purchase the car on the spot otherwise go to the Toyota dealership on Vaness in San Fransico.

Reviews: I first had one eye corrected in 2002 before deciding whether to have the other eye done (they wont do both at the same time anyway) and because of my age decided to purchase the future enhancements agreement. After a short while I became accustomed to monovision and didnt feel the need to have a second eye corrected... fact is monovison worked perfectly for me: I could see long distance with my corrected eye and I could read perfectly with my uncorrected eye (no glasses required). Earlier this year (2010) I noticed my corrected eye vision beginning to become blurry and went into the Lasik Center for an exam... was I pleasantly surprised: inspite of changing owners and management they had my records on file. They did the exam recommended an enhancement did the procedure (which turned out just as good as the original) AND it was all covered under my original agreement (no additional charges).
