Our rep Matt Schwartz was very attentive and kept us informed throughout the process. We were able to get into our new house which we thought near impossible. Reviews: Stay away from this company. They say you can use any title company you want to but my loan officer calls me on a Wednesday wanting me to close my refi loan at his title company or even at TXLending.coms office on that Friday or Saturday. When I told him my wife could not sign closing documents on Friday or Saturday he said dont worry no big deal she can come in on Monday and sign during the cancelation period. I was not comfortable at all with that and was told later by an attorney that her signing after the fact would have been illegal! Also they did not want to honor the interest rate quoted early on in our discussions and their fees are very very high compared to other mortgage lenders. I did the loan with another lender and paid about 1/3 the total fees that TXLending.com would have charged me. In addition their appraiser was an idiot. I have a 4 bedroom home and when I got the appraisal report it stated the house had only 3 bedrooms. His response was it does not matter. Save your money and keep shopping around. I would recommend Viewpoint Mortgage if youre in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Reviews: This is a very irresponsible agency. It is not at all a credit PROTECTION association; it is totally a credit RUIN association. It didnt contact you at all for any collection but just put negative input in your credit report. I wonder how this kind crap is still in business. Does anybody want to suit it?
