Reviews: Our original loan was obtained from First Magnus and recently sold GMAC. When first notified by First Magnus of this change we were instructed to continue with our normal payment structure till we were notified by GMAC where to send the payments. As instructed we continued to make payments to First Magnus. During this time 2 mortgage payments were returned to us. These payments/checks were forwarded on to GMAC from First Magnus and GMAC returned the checks to us stating GMAC has no record of us having an account with them. Confused by the whole situation we contacted both First Magnus and GMAC to figure out who was to receive payment (One of many of numerous calls) both companies told us they didn?t have an account for us. Frustrated at this point because all we wanted to do is make sure our lender was receiving their money on time and ensure that our credit score was not being negatively impacted. Finally received an account number from GMC, however we still had payment/check cut from Bank of America Home Banking outstanding, still in route and our account was already debited. When we spoke to customer service at GMAC they told us not to send in any other payments they were going to investigate the account. In the meantime I received many letters that my account was delinquent, being charged Inspection fees, late fees, and would result in negatively impact my credit. Currently I?m still fighting with GMC to get the situation resolved. This by far is the worst experience I?ve ever had with any company!

Reviews: I really wanted the car - I was told the payments would be higher because my credit score was low - 650-ish. I went to the same company they said they used - Experian - paid my 15 bucks and received back a 746. Needless to say I cancelled the deal.

Reviews: If you have bad or ugly credit this place will help you out to help you raise your score. We bought furniture from Aarons but it doesnt help build your credit so we bought that stuff for nothing! And we went to Great America on Thomas Rd, now after paying off 1 thing and getting 2 more major things we are now moving into a new home since buying from Great America! They helped raise our credit score!
