Reviews: This is the WORST place to live in Charlotte. From the time I moved in I had nothing but probkems from the staff! The maintnance workers would come in your apartment when your not home nothing would ever be fixed. The property manager and assistances were just horrible. In April 2008 I lost my job and was not able to pay the rent so they waited until July to take me to court. At that time I had received a lump sum from unemployment and paid everything that was past due. Then the property manager sends me a notice that I did not pay June rent by this time its the end of August. So I go to court again on September 23 I take the email correspondence to court to show them exactly what the proprty manager told me I owed which is what I paid $2235.50. That was rent from April through July late fees & court cost. Of course the judge gives 10 days to pay it. To keep from having this go on my credit I decided to pay it. By this time it is October and I have paid rent for September and October. I get the money together she then tells me that I have to pay November rent its October 10th. I get the padlock papers saying I would need to be out by the 16th ok no problem I have the money to pay the amount. I go to the office only to be told that they are not accepting payments from me and they just want me out. For all that I could have been gone a week or two ago. After all that I waited for the sherriff to come and evict me by this time it would have been on my credit anyway. The management here is really greedy and rude. They dont return phone calls they are never in the office after 5:30pm but they close at 6pm. This is one place I tell my friends about I really dont think they like anyone outside of their own race. Both myself and my cousin as well as a few of the other tenants in the building have had nothing but problems. Then the fact that after 10pm you cant have guest because their cars will be towed from the parking lot. My sisters car had been towed twice. They office staff says we need to get a parking pass for all guest. Some people do have guest that come after the office closes. Or the fact that most people dont leave work until 5pm or 5:30pm. The office is either closed when you get there or no one is there.

Reviews: I have been living in Sandhurst since September. The owner and the manager are very helpful.They have things for the children year around and I have seven grands that live in the community as well. They have a laundry room on suite that is very helpful for me because I dont have a car and CATS run right outside the gate every 15 to 30 minutes. I would tell anyone that is looking for a great community that this is the place. The YMCA is right up the street and they visit the community often and that makes me feel even better that my family can join and spend time there as a family. SANDHURST APARTMENTS IS THE PLACE FOR SINGLES AND FAMLIES.

Reviews: What a fantastic experience i had at this dealership!!! I have insurmountable credit challenges..but they were still able to help me get into a car that I wanted and with payments i could afford! The entire staff treated me exceptionally well and the whole process was so less painful than my previous years experience buying a new or used car!!!! I would highly recommend going to this dealership if you are considering buying or want to lower your existing payments!!

Reviews: Dear Sir This spring I found a new home and called Empire Equity Group150 Oberlin Ave. Lakewood NJ 08701 800-829-3000 X1203 and spoke to Steve Neiman about getting a 1st and 2nd mortgage I told him I had a quote of 6% 30 fixed on the first and a $119000 on my prime equity home loan and he said he could offer me the same 6% for 30 year fixed with ???no closing costs??? when he sent the paper work for me to sign it was for 6.125%? When I asked him about this and he said ???it???s not that much more even over the life of the loan please give me this loan I am so slow???. At this point I was about 1-2 weeks from a closing date and needed to secure my loans as per my offer on the property. So I applied for a 1st and 2nd mortgage with Mr. Neiman I explained I would be selling my current home and paying off the 2nd and paying down the 1st mortgage when I sold my home (by September) it took a few weeks more and that the loan application I got for the 2nd had 2 pages that had a Pre Payment penalties I called and asked Mr. Neiman ???I can???t have a pre payment penalty as I will be paying this loan off by the end of the summer??? Mr. Neiman told me ???there is no pre payment penalty on the 2nd mortgage just sign it??? I said ??? it says there is a permanent penalty right here in the application??? Mr. Neiman told me to cross out what I didn???t want in the contract and sign it and send it back??? which I did I added ???not??? to the line that says ???If I pay off early I may ______ Have to pay a penalty??? and crossed out the part on page 2 of 4 that says (B) If I prepay this note in full (a ???full prepayment???) with in 36 months of the date I signed this note I will pay the note holder a pre payment charge equal to 1 %???.. (Please keep in mind I did not need this second mortgage I could have taken the $48000.00 out of my $119000.00 Prime Equity home loan but that was a variable loan and did not want to get stuck as so many in the ???Sub Prime??? mess had done and wanted my 2nd to be a fixed) This 2nd mortgage with Chase Home Finance Loan # XXXXXXXXX will now cost me $480.00 to pay it off (some thing Mr. Neiman and I both knew I would be doing as soon as my home sold but he lied) To prove my point that Mr. Neiman is dishonest he made the statement to me that there where no closing costs on my 1st mortgage and when I got to my closing my attorney showed me Mr. Neiman snuck 2 in for $500 and $649 again I called Mr. Neiman and he almost cried about ???how must he helped me??? and ???I didn???t make that much on this loan??? but I pushed the issue reminding him he told me ???no closing costs??? Mr. Neiman offered to ???return $500 of the closing costs???. I agreed please find a copy of the $500.00 check included. Chex # 132599 on 5/3/07. This letter is not about the additional $649.00 he ???slipped in to my closing cost??? that I didn???t get back or the $480.00 I will now have to pay for pre paying my loan off. It is about being lied to by Mr. Neiman and stopping it before he does this to any one else. When I spoke to Mr. Neiman and his boss Mr. Rebinowitz on 9/19/07 they both told me ???CT has a mandatory pre payment on all 2nd mortgages??? and ???don???t pay down either the 1st or 2nd as they are good loans and invest my money instead of paying them off??? My CT bank says ???there is no such thing???. I have perfect credit score of 795 812 & 829 due to the fact that I don???t like to have a bill hanging over my head and I am a responsible person. Mr. Neiman should give it a try. With the Sub Prime mess that this country is in isn???t it nice to find some one fighting to pay off their loans reasonably? Thank you James Ball
