Reviews: Horriable! I was told it could be done in 6 weeks as long as I sent them all the requested information which I did. Problem was is they keep contacting me requesting more and when they contact you they do it through mail. This is no lie they cant even call you or email they mail you a letter letting you know they still need more information. Why didnt they say that they needed that to begin with? Then when I call to follow up on weather they recieved the missing documents that were needed they say yes and now it looks like it just needs to be reviewed by an attorney before it can go in front of the courts and there are several files in front of yours. Then I call today to see if it has gone in front of the courts yet (because after that process it still takes 6 weeks) they tell me they mailed me out another letter requesting more information that my file was till incomplete. I paid thousands of dollars to be treated like this no personal service I dont even think the first time I went in it was a lawer I met with. Every time I hask to speak with one on the phone a different guy that all sound around 17 get on the phone and speak loud and try to give that false impression of knowing there stuff I bet there is one attorney working in that whole place and the rest may be interns at the most.

Reviews: I leased my Impreza WRX from Mid City and got an okay deal. I wouldnt say I got a great price but I didnt get a terrible deal either and Im not a good negotiator. I have also been taking my car here for service and while the service writers are usually trying to upsell or suggestive sell a service thats not in the owners manual they dont put up a fight when I say no. Ive had my rotors resurfaced twice and had the work done under warranty without issue (though it did take a long time the 2nd time they were resurfaced). Regular oil changes take a bit longer than Id like (around 45 minutes usually) but I guess thats what happens when you go in on Saturdays. Overall I will continue getting my car serviced here through my lease and consider getting my next car from them.
