Reviews: I enrolled with company in 10/2009. within 9 months im cleared and debt free. Let me break down on this awesome company. I had total debt of $13000 when i enrolled. My credit score was 705. Those of you people who thinks it wont ding your score get a life. cuz it will. but all worth it. I was really aggressive in paying it all off using my overtime money and irs returns. Yes they settled one of my account for 37% of balance after interests and fees. In realty its 51% of my original balance when i enrolled. I still come out on top. You have to paid it off as fast as you can to avoid more accumulated fees and interests or else the percent settle amount will go up as you wait longer. I ended up paying total of $8000. Plus cd solution fees of $2000 so total of & $10000. I still come out $3000+. Here is the beauty if i were to make minimum payments on all my cards it would have taken me 16 years totaling $30000+.my score drop to 516 ouchhhh. But i checked again after everthing was settled back up to 671. So to say that they settled 50% of original balance is not truebut still you will come out on top if you can paid it off fast like me. You do the math save $3000 and debt free in 9 months and only sacrifice 30 pts fica score Ill take that anyday. Customer Service is the best thanks tavia kevin kurtis patricksharmayne.

Attempting to resolve a debt through settlement is looked upon more favorably than filing bankruptcy. Sound familiar? Dont believe the hype. After enrolling in their program the volume of calls I receive from debt collectors INCREASED exponentially. My guess is creditors are beginning to become aware that these guys are full of BS. CAG will tell you to forward these calls to them or send them the information to file a complaint with the FTC. Once you do they send you links to the FTC and/or prompts on what to tell your creditors when they call. Essentially you end up doing their job for them. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. E-mails to them frequently bounce back or go unanswered. In the rare chance that you do hear back from them it is not for at least a week. This may be acceptable from a creditor but not from someone who is supposed to be working for YOU. Talking to them on the phone is even worse; they treat you just like those awful credit collectors. Their disdain for your situation and concerns is clearly apparent. Once they have a few payments they quickly change. If you try and cancel and get your money back they inform you of service fees that just happen to total the sum of your payments to them. Ive worked with the following reps at CAG and all have been awful: Bryan Garner Eric Pinola Karen Snyder Charrissa Whitley In the time since Ive signed up for debt settlement with CAG Ive received several debt settlement offers from my creditors. They mostly range from 40-60% off of my total debt. I personally negotiated one down to just under 40% and am working on the others. Debt settlement is a hot topic at the moment. Do your research online and buy a book or two at Borders. Dont pay CAG for something you can do yourself. Save yourself the headaches!

Reviews: I put $2500 down for a 2006 impala car and it broke down in the same month on Buckner. I liked this car so much when I was trying it out I didnt really look at the price they had me paying. The car was $18946.38 by the time I signed the contract. Thats like the price of a new car. The car had like 65000 miles already on it!! I know that was a dumb move I did but I was really in need of a car at the time.I also never had a repo on my credit but did not have the best credit score..I have paid off two cars in my lifetime.I paid on time every two weeks of payments of $235 and they did put me in another car on the lot till they could figure out the problem. They could never figure out the problem and kept giving me a broke car that was never fixed lying saying they fixed it when it kept dying. Then I just had enough and asked for another ride and they didnt have anything on there lot that was my taste so I settled for a hunk of junk Trail blazer that was 2005 SUV that had a bad noise that was so loud. They hit me with this high intrest rate of 20% and the car had like 88000 miles on it. I had to pay $240 every two weeks and was very unhappy. The car was also around $18000 by the time I pay it off. I looked in a car book and saw that the truck I was paying on was way cheaper at other car lots with less miles. I was so mad at myself for signing up for this high price junk!! I said to myself I would just go ahead and pay off this suv and would never do anymore business after Im done. One day I was two weeks late on my payment and they cut my car off!!! They never told me they have the kill switch crap that kills your car if you dont pay!!! I was just two weeks late and have been on time in the past. The funny thing was I was going to Tricolor to make a payment after work when they cut my car off!!! I called the Tricolor and told them that the car broke down not knowing they do the kill switch. I then aked if they did cut the car off and he said yes. He told me to call him in 10 mins and let him know if it works. I drove home to pick up my family to go with me to make my payment and the car is dead again!!! I call back to the place and the guy tells me you have to leave the car running. I get the car back on again and have my boyfriend trail me in his car because I feel like this is not safe. On my way I decided that it was not worth giving these people another dime of my money. I feel like if your going to cut my car off because Im late two weeks then you dont need my business. Plus I stay way out and cant travel to this place to make a payment every two weeks. They dont have a website you can make payments on line or calling them and giveing them a credit card number to make a payment. They make it very hard to do business. I could understand if I was a month Late but two weeks??? I gave them there junk back and took my business some place else that dont have kill switches on there cars!!! Tricolor also never reported my good payments to the credit bureaus so they lied about that. Please think twice about this car place.I now have a nice 2007 Mitsubishi Galant I got from Ft. Worth and they do have the opiton to pay monthly and not bi weekly. I only pay $350.54 a month!! Total price $12619 with only 24845 miles....Beat that Tricolor whith your junk cars!!!
