Reviews: I read the reviews here and was worried about taking my A3 in for 5000 mile service and a recall notice. I had only stumbled upon the reviews in looking up the number on Yahoo. I called Service and spoke with Eddie and told him of my concern about the negative reviews I read and also about getting a loaner car. Boy did he exceed my expectations. We set up an appointment for the following Monday (I called on Thursday) and he had a tow truck bring me out a loaner and picked up my car for service. They said theyd be here at 9:00 a.m. and they were here right on the money. Eddie called me several times to let me know how things were progressing and when my car was done. The tow truck wasnt available so they drove my car out to me and picked up the loaner. It was worth the few gallons of gas they used to get my car here so I didnt have to miss work to take care of this. The only negative thing I would say about the entire episode is that there was less than a quarter of a tank of gas but I doubt many dealerships put much gas in a loaner. My experience with both my lease through McKenna and now my first service have all been top notch. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Reviews: I took my vehicle for maintenance work. I paid almost $800.00. When I picked it up my sunroof was open. When I dropped it off the sunroof was closed. I told the supervisor that the inside cover would not close. He accused me of opening and damaging it. He told me that no one touches any buttons in the car. I told him someone changed the radio station and opened my sunroof. He was rude and called me a liar. I have spoken to the owner and he says he is not responsible. They damaged my sunroof and dont want to fix it. I would advise anyone not to go there. They do not care about the people only the money.

Carlita did all she can to assist and accomodate me in every way even though I was slow in giving her what she needed to complete the loan. She was patient with me. Reliance Auto do not advertise or claim that their car is certified; but their service department scrutinize every detail without a doubt. This car is in an excellent condition overall I know I wll save more money time and maintenance. I am glad I stopped by to see first. I highly recommend seeing them first before you sign that dotted line. Also if you are going to buy a new car and have 680 credit score or higher. I definitely suggest to see Carlita at Reliance Auto in Downey she will save you thousands of dollars. My friend did. He bought a brand new 2010 Honda Odyssey and saved high four figure $$$$.00.

Reviews: I drive my 3 year old boy in my Toyoa Truck. After reading the reviews on this dealership I FEAR FOR THE SAFETY OF THEIR SERVICE The LAPD should investigate these guys... Consumer Beware Took my truck for an oil change less than 1000 miles ago. Today my truck almost died...had no oil had to put in 3 quarts....my truck is Toyota Certified Only being to the dealer..Also I was told I was in need for front and rear brakes....that was not true my brakes are still good for another couple thousand miles...This is really my fault because I always go to the Pasadena Toyota dealer.....but this last time it was convinient because I work in downtown...I didnt even get a ride to work had to walk...At least they were very friendly...I guess u cant judge a book by its cover.

Reviews: I agree with the review above..The manger called & threatened my 15 year old cousin that he would hate to drop his credit because he wont sign up seriously a 15 year old??... THE KID DOESNT EVEN HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT NOR ANY KINDA CREDIT CARDS??... I dont really know what there deal was but that is not something my family nor others will like to hear that said to there kids.
