Reviews: Im out of town for business quite often so when my wife called and told me her car wouldnt start and needed a new transmission I knew it would be good for her to get a new car. The only problem was that I was stuck in Thailand for one more week and she needed the car right away. Thats when I called Fremont Ford I asked if they had a great fully loaded Taurus I wanted the blue tooth navigation everything. Their Sales Manager was very easy to talk to and really understood my situation and what I wanted for my wife. I had my wife go to the dealer and all she had to do was sign the paperwork. My wife called screaming with excitement I knew I could not wait to come home! I give them 5 stars because they really deserve it. Fast efficient service I was able to purchase the car over seas and I got the best welcome home!

Reviews: Dont bring your car there for repair they cant find the air conditioner problem on my 2002 Civic and still charge me one hour of inspection fee. they blamed the problem is wiring from my OEM alarm system which had been working perfectly with the air conditioner for more than 3 years before the air conditioner breaks down.

Reviews: In short: * Slap on the face to start the conversation: No bargain. If you still want to exit doors are open. * Your 30 mins transaction will take more than 4 hrs. * You will pay fair price for a used car but will realize later you were pressurized to buy some features and ended up paying nearly the same price of a new car. * All your add-ons are non-cancelable even if you have not made any appointment to fix them * No second key. If you realize to ask this question at the end you compromise for the 4 hrs you spent and walk out or hear them saying this is the 1001th item you have been asking today. * They take out the carpets after you are ready to drive out. Check and make sure you ask them to put them back. They will surely give an excuse that it must have been removed while washing for you. * Make sure you know your APR quote from other financing banks before you go hear. Else they will sell you products in the name of reducing the APR quote through Toyota finance. * They try sell the extended warranty for more than $2000. Keep declining and you may get this worthless third party warranty for under $1000 bucks. * Insist for a second key. If they say its not there at all ask for a valet key. Also ask them to program your own remote for the car later. And make sure they put this on paper. But anyway it reduces the car value by couple hundred bucks. * Be confident with these salesmen. One slack in confidence and you end up loosing more than 2-3 grand for no good! * Be prepared for some twisty questions and some quick sells while with the finance rep. He will be in a hurry to catch up with a family party and want you to take quick decision on worthless products he wants to sell for high price. Pros: ** These people are reasonable with the car price. ** Many of them are Toyota certified and are under Toyotas original warranty. Most of the Toyota used car they sell are prior fleet vehicles. Make sure you pick the one that is Toyota certified and is atleast lease vehicle and not rental vehicle. It may seem like they do not make big money by selling cars. But they do make money by pressing the customers to buy outrageously priced add-ons. I bought my car from here and ended up paying $2000 above the dealer price for the model. * The sales rep acted decently first. * Like all other sales smart asss this guy will start the discussion leave you hanging in a room for more than 30-45 mins for no reason and wont come back. * While you are wondering if he is so busy to park the customer to meet the president of United States of America another sales person comes and tries to sell you additional warranty which has no meaning what so ever! * After monitoring your reactions from distance for a while another sales person comes and gives you the first quote of APR which would be more than 300% from what you would have expected for your credit score. He will also ask you what is your expectation and tell you they will try with the Toyota finance APR which might be lower * After another 30 mins of wait this sales person finally comes back from his meeting with the president and remembering the customer is still alive. Mind you your time does not matter for him anyway. * Then starts the infinite wait for an appointment with the finance rep followed by a big paperwork process. Finance rep is enough trained to ride on even a well prepared customer and sell various add-ons. * Remember this finance rep is still in a hurry to attend his party but makes ample room to pull additional products to confuse on the way of paperwork. Whether Ill go hear again? I got a fairly new car and should be good for a while. But now knowing how they operate I may go there again if needed and will not hesitate to walk out after 4 hrs of wait. But reading through reviews for Stevens Creek dealers I know these folks at Milpitas WONT harass the customers!

Reviews: I bought a my car here on Presidents Day Weekend. I did get a good deal on the price and the sales person was very helpful. However they were advertising free Maintenance for 2 years/24000 miles if you bought the car that weekend. I took my car in for an oil change/rotate tires and they said I did not have the free Maintenance plan. Even worse they denied that they ever had that deal on Presidents day Weekend at all! Fortunately I kept the newspaper Ad with my paperwork when I bought the car which stated that there was free maintenance for any new car bought that weekend. I had to show them the newspaper ad to get on a maintenance program. I am still not completely satisfied. They will only do 3 oil changes in 2 years (I would be happy with 4). Note that the first oil change is free for everyone who buys a new car there. I still have the newspaper ad in case anyone else who bought a car on Presidents day weekend runs into this problem. I will gladly go in with you and show them the ad. I did not like the fact that I had to prove that I was right. They need to keep better records.

Reviews: You may want to consider other options. They recently took over Palo Alto credit union and I had no choice to become a customer. I have outstanding credit and a perfect record including 2 savings a checking and a HELOC - all current and in perfect standing. I inquired about a credit card and they lied about my credit score to stick me with a higher interest rate. It was an intro of 6.99% that turned to 9.99% (which turns to 13.45% after 6 months). I guess they thought I didnt closely monitor my credit and scores. NOT A GOOD START with a newer (consumed) customer. Once that HELOC is paid off Im finding a more honest credit union. I will miss PACU.
