We were assisted by a young salesman by the name of Kevin Cole. He was such a professional. I was so impressed by his service that I thought it fit to share my experience with your office. He helped us all the way by explaining a lot of things to us. I am very proud of this young man and I hope that he has a very bright feature with your organisation. Reviews: I bought a 2001 Saturn from DriveTime and within the warranty time we had to call to make an appointment to have the car looked at. The appointment was set up for the next month which by then the warranty was expired. I told them what was wrong with the car and the only thing they fixed was my rotors. So now I am not only having to make my car payment but also put money into the car fixing problems that they were suppose to fix. The customer service is just awful. We have gotten nothing but the run-around from everyone there and I even had one of the guys there stick his upper body in my car to keep me from leaving. Ive had my car for about 8 months and it sat in a garage for about 3 months during that time when it wouldnt start. They say they do a thorough examination on each vehicle and fix any problems with it before they put it on their lot but thats a lie. DriveTime does nothing but take advantage of people who have little to bad credit. They dont care if the car they sell you works or not they only care about getting you in one so that their paycheck is bigger. Please beware if you are looking at purchasing a car from ANY DriveTime. I got mine at the Irving TX location.

Reviews: went with my fiance to help her get a sorneto since her credit is not that good. salesman was very friendly and helpful but once they seen my credit score they seemed to have forgot who was there to buy the car. the finance manager walked in knew my name but had no idea what my fiances name was and she was the one there to buy the car. almost walked out that was very disrespectful to her and it hurt her feelings. he should have spoken to her first and then me since she was the customer.

Reviews: CRCS of Texas saved us! We were on the verge of losing our business because we couldnt qualify for any loans with our below acceptable credit score. After we paid for the service 60 days later we got a loan! I cant believe the results and I cant thank the people at CRCS enough for all they have done for us. Reviews: I fortunetly didnt get scammed out of more money but have a few complaints myself. The SECOND our contract was up I no longer was able to get any answers to my questions. Like the other girl on the web. I started out with John Stamper only to find out mid through he was promoted. So our account was transferred over to Kelly Stamper his wife. She was our account manager for a while then she was promoted: then our contract was transfered to some random dumb@ss. I have sent numerous emails and have made numerous calls to only be ignored. My credit score DROPPED lower (much lower) after my contract was up. My husbands dropped as well. Not quit as low. I would have to agree with the gentleman below. SCAM !!!!!!! They will tell you they are part of the BBB but he is correct. They are not listed. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are your worthless.

Reviews: I enrolled with company in 10/2009. within 9 months im cleared and debt free. Let me break down on this awesome company. I had total debt of $13000 when i enrolled. My credit score was 705. Those of you people who thinks it wont ding your score get a life. cuz it will. but all worth it. I was really aggressive in paying it all off using my overtime money and irs returns. Yes they settled one of my account for 37% of balance after interests and late fees added. In realty its 51% of my original balance at the time when i enrolled. I still come out on top. You have to paid it off as fast as you can to avoid more accumulated late fees and interests or else the percent settle amount will go up as you wait longer. I ended up paying total of $8000. Plus cd solution fees of $2000 so total of & $10000. I still come out $3000+. Here is the beauty if i were to make minimum payments on all my cards it would have taken me 16 years totaling $30000+.my score drop to 516 from 705 ouchhhh. But i checked again after everthing was settled back up to 671. So to say that they settled 50% of original balance is not truebut you will still come out on top if you can paid it off fast like me. You do the math save $3000 and debt free in 9 months and only sacrifice 30 pts fica score Ill take that anyday. Their Customer Service is the best thanks tavia kevin kurtis patricksharmayne.

Reviews: Blakely witt & Assoc represented the mansions at tpc apt in san antonio tx where a single father and a disable child had lived from November 17th 2009 thru Dec 24th 2009 short lived because leasing agent Taylor welcome us took our money deposits for keys remotes and security deposit gave us a bottle of wine and understood where we were coming from a smoking enviroment to were we lost everything to second hand smoke salvation army has 3/4 of every thing we had that was damaged because of it and the were called twice the apt was not ready when we move in it was dirty floors window was not closing holes in the wall that could be seen the unit was a non smoking unit this is the reason we moved in not knowing what was lerking around the corner was several lease violation and every one of them was unfounded 1 first one was we introduce our selves to the nieghbors 2.we were to loud note we had no furniture and the place echoed walls are thin 3 tv was to loud we must have a home theater 4 to much noise manager told me if i get one lease violation we would have to vacant December 10th me and my daughter headed to mississippi jackson we arrived 2:30 pm Dec 11th 2009 at my mother gave site 3:00pm taylor accussed me of being there on property at the mansions 6pm dec 11th 2009 another lease violation on dec 13th tv was to loud we were in beaumont texas checking out motel 6 and thing were unpluged before we left we still have all reciepts from that trip we were being falsely accussed rent was paid thru dec we did not skip. we sent a certified letter that needed a signature one was never return to show proof they recieved it not only did they keep our money they messed up our credit from 615 to nothing we cant get another apt loans ssi messed up this group needs to feel the pain we are in the mansion is no place to live they know they were wrong now using us as scape goats for there screw up i have never had a judgement eviction or this to happen its about money the mansion will never get another dime from me for what the done the manager at the view us to be the manage at the mansions blakely witt &assoc are crooks scammer and dont know when someone is telling the the truth they will believe a lie before the truth i wanted to live in a smoke free eviroment and get a home for me and my daughter butt blakely -witt & assoc messed up any chance of this happening they need to be put out of business people need to speak up and out apartment have gotten away with murder price are out rageous rent a home is cheaper then apartments everyone has there own options creditor history is everything these days we have rights these asss dont even return calls and i have call repeatedly no response except on my credit report we were force out of the view for health reason second hand smoke and force out by lease violation at the mansion and messes credit now by both so do not live 21303 encino commons 8800 bulverde rd mansion they kiss your butt to get in all sweet your a check in there pocket and then you get treated like crap and stab in the back and both are in debt and they are both taking it out on the resident raise rent not fixing things they start off high in the contracts and work there way down quote from the mansion manager agent goes how should i handle this person see what his credit score is if its high go full market price on him break him. i say that cold there is more to this story but right now me a my daughter are stock in our undisclose location because of the inner circle these properties have one phone call can put a person in the street because leasing office does not like you i am a working father going against pencil pushers and liars to get my credit restored so we can get a house for my handicap child and stay smoke free.
