Reviews: Lucky thing I knew what I was doing when I went there. Beside the fact they ignored me when I went in to look My wife and I was there along with another couple when they found out the other couple price range was 2x mine salesman handed me the keys and said let yourself into the ones you are looking at; did not see him again until I went in to talk turkey. Promised us the world while negotiating. The first thing I said was I did not want it deliverd until next spring made an offer of $X amount telling them that was my best offer they agreed when I sat down to sign papers there was almost $1000 backend fees tacked on. They lied to me about the Convenience Fee the state of Ct. allows them to charge for reasonable cost for paperwork ($349 I want that job) outright broke the law on that point telling me they had to charge me that. Went to leave; telling me I was walking out on a deal and I told them I was sorry if you mis-understood me when I said I would only pay X amount total. We ended up signing for my price. After they got the check all their promises started to become cloudy. They wanted me to take it off the lot ASAP knowing I would only have it open for a few days pretty much canceling any 30 day guarantee they didnt want to keep it over the winter; rushed me to make arrangments for my old camper and set up be taken down. Then they delivered it a day late telling me I needed to be flexible (I took days off from work because they dont deliver on Saturdays). We agreed during negotiations that a certified tech would deliver walk us through explain how to use and set up the trailer including leveling . I ended up going back to Lees ( I live over an hour away) for the walk through because they did not have a certified tech to deliver it a salesman walk us though and I was telling him how things works and the questions I did have he didnt know the answers. When I mentioned that part of our agreement (and they had it as a charge on the paperwork) was that a tech would do the deliver and I paid for one I was told you didnt pay much for that for it and you got this for a steal and that was all that was said I paid for a service and did not get it. The person they did have deliver it was the best person of the group. We are very happy with the camper and I think we got it for a good price but that is besides the point once we agreed on a price and they got their money things went downhill after that. Watch yourself there dont let them charge you with that Convenience Fee read up on it like I said they outright lied about it it is suppose to be talked about up front clearly displayed where you negotiate explaining what it is all about they have it in the office where you sign the papers behind you on the wall.
