I made a big mistake and bought a honda there. their fat ugly stinky finance manager try to charge me for a stupid wheel lock for $375 (she claim it at their cost). she told me shell threw it in for free with the deal and when i looked at the contract it shows that she threw in $375 with my bike. if they look and smell like bullsh@t they are

Reviews: I read a lot of negative reviews about CWP but I never had any problems with them. I rented a townhouse in Castro Valley for almost 2 years from them and they where always very kind and easy to work with and talk to. Although they did ask me to vacate the property because the homeowners association did not like me. My neighbor played movies until midnight through his sub woofer but me playing jazz until midnight pissed people off. I dont get it. Anyways upon the move out I got 95% of my deposit back. They also did not give me a negative reference to the next company I rented from which they did not have to do. So overall I would say they are very nice and accommodating. Never had a problem with them.

THE OWNER DELIBERATELY HELD A CAR FROM THE FINANCE COMPANY FOR 90 DAYS WHICH RESULTED IN A POOR CREDIT SCORE DROPPING MY RATING. THEY CONTINUED TO LIE TO THE FINANCE COMPANY STATING THEY DID NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE. AFTER THE FINANCE COMPANY DID A LOJACK SEARCH THEY DISCOVERED THE CAR WAS PARKED AT THE DEALERSHIP LOT. WHY WOULD THE OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP ALLOW MY CREDIT TO BE RUINED BECAUSE I RETURNED A 2010 ES350 AFTER 2 WEEKS. CAN YOU EXPLAIN THIS I CANT. DO NOT BUY AT COLISEUM LEXUS.

Reviews: I am so glad I decided to stop by Fremont Mazda Ford after hearing some good things about this dealer from my parents I went in and asked for their manager who helped them out. He was very accomadting and I felt no pressure of choosing a car I spent a few days doing some more resaerch but went back to purchase the Mazda3 I wanted everyone was extra nice and happy to see me. I give them 5 stars for their good custoemr service and enthusiasm!

Reviews: Dont bring your car there for repair they cant find the air conditioner problem on my 2002 Civic and still charge me one hour of inspection fee. they blamed the problem is wiring from my OEM alarm system which had been working perfectly with the air conditioner for more than 3 years before the air conditioner breaks down.

Reviews: You may want to consider other options. They recently took over Palo Alto credit union and I had no choice to become a customer. I have outstanding credit and a perfect record including 2 savings a checking and a HELOC - all current and in perfect standing. I inquired about a credit card and they lied about my credit score to stick me with a higher interest rate. It was an intro of 6.99% that turned to 9.99% (which turns to 13.45% after 6 months). I guess they thought I didnt closely monitor my credit and scores. NOT A GOOD START with a newer (consumed) customer. Once that HELOC is paid off Im finding a more honest credit union. I will miss PACU.
