Reviews: I recently bought a brand new Honda. I was going to pay the full price. But the finance department told me that I should finance the car so I could increase my credit score. I am 22 yr old. I thought that would be a good choice down the road. He then misled me about extra services. It only a month after the purchase, when the first monthly statement came, that I realized an extra $5000 had been added to the final price.

Reviews: I went in to check out their deals on trucks and their salesman, Larry Smith, completely blew me off. He kept asking where my husband was. I requested to see a truck but he just assured me my kids would fit and didn't take me to see ANY vehicles and only told me what colors trucks he had. I tried to get more information on the trucks and what kind of pricing they could offer and got nowhere. He implied that I lied about my credit score but wouldn't check it or give me a credit application. After half an hour of trying to draw blood from a stone, told me that was all he could do for me was to buy me a candy bar. I was really put off so I talked to the sales manager and told him I would not be buying a vehicle from them. The manager said he was sorry but the next day Larry Smith called to ask which vehicle I wanted to buy! Clearly there was no communication from the manger to Larry that I had called and told them I would not be buying a vehicle from them ever. This was also not the first time I had this kind of experience. I had bought a Mustang from them a few years ago. I realize now that it wasn't until my husband came in that they actually pushed the sale of the car through even though it was in my name only.
