Reviews: I read the reviews here and was worried about taking my A3 in for 5000 mile service and a recall notice. I had only stumbled upon the reviews in looking up the number on Yahoo. I called Service and spoke with Eddie and told him of my concern about the negative reviews I read and also about getting a loaner car. Boy did he exceed my expectations. We set up an appointment for the following Monday (I called on Thursday) and he had a tow truck bring me out a loaner and picked up my car for service. They said theyd be here at 9:00 a.m. and they were here right on the money. Eddie called me several times to let me know how things were progressing and when my car was done. The tow truck wasnt available so they drove my car out to me and picked up the loaner. It was worth the few gallons of gas they used to get my car here so I didnt have to miss work to take care of this. The only negative thing I would say about the entire episode is that there was less than a quarter of a tank of gas but I doubt many dealerships put much gas in a loaner. My experience with both my lease through McKenna and now my first service have all been top notch. I will recommend them to friends and family.
