Reviews: The absolute worst service dept I have ever encountered. I was still charged for cable for 3 months after I had called their 800# service dept to cancel my service. The day I called I had a bad feeling about the Suscom employee anyway because she did not seem helpful and had an attitude with me. She said that it was my responsibility to undo the cables and fiddle around with all the wires and the box and drive it over to their location. Im thinking they can send someone to bring it out there and set it up but told me they didnt send people out to UNHOOK the boxes. If they have to come out and turn off the cable at the street anyway why not pick up the box then? We were selling our home and packing up...I had my TV unplugged! No one at SUSCOM even pretended to care they were condescending and it felt like I was talking to a robot that kept repeating itself! When I didnt pay the 3 months after my call to cancel service they said they had no record of my call and turned me over to a collection agency. I was forced to pay them for 3 months of service that I did not use...after I had called to CANCEL my service 3 months prior!! Bad management policies and terrible customer service definitely make for a painful experience. UGH! I usually dont leave negative reviews Im thinking this might save someone else some grief if they are trying to make a decision between cable and other options. My option is I dont watch TV! ha
