Reviews: I have closed my BOA account and suggest that you do also. I have a credit score over 800 never a late payment and they raise my rate to 25%. Paid them off and closed all accounts with them. I hope Cummo gets Lewis! BOA Your Fired!! If there was less ta=ha 1 star they would get it

Reviews: Like the other lady said this is the worst car lot that I have had to deal with in a while. I had trouble with a truck that i bought and had to replace the rear end.The person at the counter told mesence I had trouble with the truck that I could put a payment on the back of the loan so I did not make Octobers payment as suggested by the office person. I made Novembers payment on time and nothing was said about it being late or Octobers late payment. I checked my credit score to keep tabs on this FLY BY NIGHT car dealership and found they had put Octobers payment as 30 days late. Remember they told me not to make the payment. You would be wise to take your business elseware as suggested by the Better Business Bureau. They told me this happens a lot with the Cars and Credit car lots in Jacksonville and Orange Park. BUYER BEWARE..........

Reviews: Absolute worst mistake of my life was walking into this place. I will NEVER ever make that mistake again and hopefully my experience will help you decide if this is the kind of company you would like to buy a vehicle from. I was in the market for a Tundra truck I have never owned a Toyota before and expressed this to the salesperson. after being shown several different vehicles that I had no interest in the salesman finally took me to the Tundras. I said I was interested in a new Tundra which may be why he was showing other vehicles as it turned out they had no new tundras on the lot that fit what I was looking for. So he goes on to tell me that I could save THOUSANDS by buying a low mile used Tundra. I found one I liked but there were some issues..all of the ones they had were scratched and dented but if it was THOUSANDS less I could live with some minor imperfections. They tag-teamed me and got me to sign a contract(shame on me). They insisted that I try and finance through them I assume to get my name on the dotted line that day. I had said I was going to take a loan out from my Credit Union but was really not ready to buy just yet but would be within the week after I did some research. I spoke with three different people salesman their Finance guy another finance guy. after going back and forth and them running my credit several times which decreases your credit score. They come back and said they couldnt finance it for less than the max APR % I luckily had stipulated in the contract. to make this long story short they wanted me to pay more for this used truck with dents and scratches than a NEW Tundra in perfect condition that had all the options I wanted. They tried like crazy to force me to stay with the contract even after I asked to speak to Kieth Pierson as they say they are ready to do at any time and have signage EVERYWHERE in the dealership and was flatly refused. I thought they had me stuck when they got the financing to the MAX apr I had stipulated I even spoke with the general sales manager at that time was a Lucas Walls. He looked me straight in the face and said he would not forego that contract even with the multiple issues I had with it. (shame on them) in the meantime my credit union came back with with an APR half of what they tried to stick me with. They then called me to say the financing wouldnt go thru unless I paid more down. Hmmmmm That changes the contract! After all the crap they tried pulling on me I said heck no. I am on my way now bringing YOUR truck back to you! That same day I made the purchase of a new Tundra with all the options I wanted more than the one at Pierson including stepsides! More truck Less money. At half the APR... A pleasurable experience in place of the hard sell ram-rodding tactics that cost keith pierson not just that sale but my lifetimes worth of other toyota sales and I tell everyone I know about my experience there and word of mouth grows exponentially. Anyone that asks I still have all the paperwork. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Giving Toyota a bad name. One and a half stars? I mean really...

Reviews: Please DO NOT purchase your vehicle from Jax CJD!!! They are as crooked as they come. The sales staff are nice very nice. I purchased a vehicle from them and they actually double charged the extended warranty. The price of the warranty was added to the negotiated price and it was added in on the contract. Please read your contract closely to make sure the figures add up also check your copy to ensure it reads as the top copy. This dealership is nickel slick!!! Stay Clear
