Reviews: Why do you feel like they are horrible. I moved out and got all my depsoit back with orders and I will rent from them again when I return. Your check out and rent must have been bad. How did they screw you over to where you think they are horrible. I had nothing but good experiences with them the time i rented from them.

Reviews: First of all reading all of these stupid reviews all of you are a bunch of cry babies as far as im concerned. I have been treated with the upmost respect from them and to the person that complains about all they say is Its in the contract well guess what dumbass it is in ur damn contract every single charge every single amount every percentage hello thats why we get a copy right after we sign it from the get go! nobody makes you sign anything YOU CHOSE TO! Also idk where you all get that just because you are soldiers you get special treatment ummm no if you mess up a house guess what YOU have to fix it that is why there are deposits because some people dont know how to take care of things or appreciate that TEAM LUPE is giving bad people a chance and risking losing hundreds of dollars on repairs! If you would just go by tha contract nobody would have a problem and also for YOU military i understand you get orders to move that is why there is a notice of vacating 45 days prior in your contract so stop crying about how you had to pay rent and that u didnt get ur deposit it was for cleaning up all your crap most likely! your probably asking how I know all this hhmmm well lets see I ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE OR WHEN I SIGN duh! So go to your attorneys and think you know what your talkin about but mrs. Lupe has won over all you cry babies many times before and im sure u wont be the one to change things

Reviews: They lied straight to my face about my credit score. I knew my score before going in however I did not bring in a print out (which I will be doing from now on). I asked which credit company did they pull it from and when I got home I saw that my score was over 100 pts higher than they claimed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! They are not serious about earning your business. Ive been to numerous dealerships in my life and by far this dealership was the most incompetent and unprofessional.
